Deep in the section of the Underhive called "The Depth" by the Hivers of Hive Oberstia, which in turn was a part of the Hive World of Taranis in the Ternic Sector, a world known by the phrase "A world of scum and villainy" in the Ultima Segmentum. Within an old, disused Imperial Guard barracks, ancient air-filters striving to keep the air clean for all eight of the people that were about assemble within its walls for their task of creating a new gang with the first of them to start this task was OG Log, a ganger with a distinct similarly to one of the types of gangers that were once present on Terra during the second millennium of Human history. The next person to arrive help with forming the nascent Gang was Marcus Skyruss, a mutated wanderer who had been looking for his Psyker brother.

The third person of their number who was soon followed Marcus was Luger West, a ex-PDF who's skill at fighting would surely be an useful asset for the Gang, and soon after he became involved with this endeavour a Rouge Psyker by the name of Tyesha Demetris, who was once a noble of House Demetris until it had been torn apart by the mere existence of her powers being made aware to the authorities had joined the party. The fifth member of their little group was a Reclaimator who had yet to reveal his name to the group, yet his skills at technology would without a shade of a doubt prove invaluable for more complex jobs.

Then, there was the Ex-Enforcer, Gate Kurman who was once the sort of person that would have been cracking their heads together until his smuggling came to light and he was forced out of the Enforcer cadres, and the Ex-Hospitaller Nora Lumen, discharged from medical duty within the PDF and like Skyruss, also a mutant. The final member to have joined the band was Marcus Illiad, a seeker of the Warp and it's attendant knowledge and power.

As the Hive's lights dimmed for what passed for those that lived under the metal skies of a Hive as night, the time was now for them all to head to the barracks that was considered suitable as their headquarters, to both 'officially' name their group and promote a leader and plan their first move, as they had with all funds put together a grand total of 800 credits as a Gang, subtracting 800 credits from the pot as individual spending money for them all.
Close by there was tunnels that were close by that lead to some old Heretek's lab while a relatively well maintained road lead to a residential area that was in the grips of some local gang and ripe for a takeover by them. Further away, the local Black Market was open for business where they could pick up some new wargear with the money they had.

Luger leaned up against an old desk that was abandoned in the facility. It reminded him of when he use to work for the very same people who use to own the facility. One hand was in his pocket while the other was playing with one of his wrist sheathed daggers. He was flipping it finger over finger and back again. " Well, you all have me down here. Who has a decent plan to start this meeting?"
  3. Marcus was sitting in a chair by a wooden table in the center of the room. He was playing five finger fillet with one of his throwing knives. The blade passed by each gloved finger quickly and accurately. He did this with little caution as his mutations had made his arm's skin much tougher than the material covering them if anything he would just scratch himself. The rest of his arms where covered by cloth bandages which were an attempt to hide the mutations along with the duster coat's sleeves. He heard the ex pdf's question and grinned had finally made it to the hive and even found a group to work with things were coming together nicely. "How about we try to expand our selves like say we take over that residence down the road. From the looks of things they'll fall in line pretty damn quickly if we show some force."

  4. "Oh man, just look at this joint. Shit's whack, yo. We'll go whole G.I Jósé on these mofos, man." Expresses the... colorful person on the room loudly. Dressed in bright orange jumpsuit with its sleeves tied around waist, white tank-top, bunch of dogtags scavenged from the barracks drawers dangling around his neck and sideways cap laying on top of bandana OG Log trots around the room.

"Wicked! This is the coolest hideout so far. Man, think of the parties we can throw in here. Damn! Oh shit, think we still can found pieces here? We fall on those mofos with nines and ak's like, like... fucking terminators! Fuck. No one messes with the OG anymore. Look at you, what a bunch of scary killas. Real army of monsters. We gonna take this city like a storm."

Marcus Illiad sat in a chair in the corner of the room. He didn't speak, he just watched the other members.

Whoever became the leader of this rabble, he hoped it would be someone he could easily manipulate. It would be easier to spread whatever Truths there are to find from behind the scenes than to be the public leader.

Besides, the voices in his head told him to blend in, get on everyone's good side, and bide his time....

Luger looks on OG tolerately. He then looks back at the tall man who is also playing with knives with a smile. This was someone who may be kindred. " Taking over sounds good for the pocket book but subtly must be applied if this operation is going to be prematurely aborted."

Tyesha leaned against the entrance way to the barracks, attentively watching the meeting and her fellow gang members. To have to stoop so low just to survive was an insult to her daily name and rank! But those things were dead now. Now she was just another piece of trash to be lost and forgotten. Well, except for those who still wanted her dead. She pulled her dark blue hood a bit more across her face.

Hearing them plan was interesting. They had the drive. But they lacked the finesse. "Gentlemen, clearly we cannot go strutting about blaring about our strength. If they wanted protection, they'd go to the big boys. Muscle is needed, but muscle doesn't make loyalty. A subtle, gentle hand is needed to guide them to us." Her training in politics hadn't gone to waste, even in this cesspit.

If OG Log was to look around the barracks, he would find that the other scavengers clearly hadn't been looking hard enough as the Ganger found hidden away in various nooks and hidey-holes: (OOC: May emote finding all of the stuff listed below!)

1x Flamer and 1x Microwave Emitter Flamer, with four fuel canisters each.
1x Long-Las with two spare Power Packs and 1x Stealthy Sniper Rifle with six spare magazines.

2x Best Quality Primitive Armour, Reinforced

    2x Frag Grenades
    2x Krak Grenades

    4x Camoline Cloaks
    2x Medipacks
    8x Comm-beads
    1x Multikey

Along with 500 Credits worth of cash and easy to trade small goods.

OOC: You got a 91, and 100 would be something like hotshot lasguns for everyone or something crazy like that! :D

Gate sat atop the table at which Skyruss was sitting, smoking a crude vaporising tube burning some weak stimulant. He listened to Tyesha speak before waving his hand in dismissal.

"No, that's not the way to do it; this is the underhive, that kind of thinking doesn't work here. These are degenerate scavvies that don't even have the cunning to hold their ground against or cooperate with the other thick-skulled gangers that hold territory in The Depth. The only loyalty they'll understand is muscle, and the only diplomacy they know is the kind done with a stubber."

    He patted his shotgun.

"The Depth is ours for the taking, my fellow scummers, and we have the means to take it."

Luger shook his head, he expected better of the Ex-Enforcer. " Muscle is needed yes but the lady ain't wrong. If we go pure muscle we end up in the clink. Besides the joy of fighting there is no gain. We need to turn a profit which means scams and other stuff besides muscle. We probably should bribe a few Enforcers to look the other way too. Protection rackets, money laundering, smuggling drugs and guns all take intelligence as well as muscle."
