To make it better conected with release situation we have I think it would sound: "Wrong place and wrong time". Dakadakadaka!!!
The issue that I am curious about is how game play will change. Every patch had the game play completely change. After every patch is was always fun trying to figure out the loads to play for that patch. After launch I would not expect to see that variety. Does this mean that the game is now balanced?
Like these ones? A 24h into the game and he can't even tell the game is a TPS. Spoiler: By Aesgeir Half ♥♥♥♥♥ attempt to make a FPS under the Warhammer 40k name. Lots of lies of content that was suppose to be added as the base game. What you would buy now is a very, very crappy FPS attempt. Save your money for something else as I am hoping for a refund. Release is next month with promises of "free exspansions" when they can't even get the base game right. A random rant Spoiler: By mongoose this game is garbage.... the reasons are ugh... i dont have the time or patience. ITS ♥♥♥♥ING BARELY MORE THAN A MONTH AWAY FROM RELEASE PEOPLE ITS NOT A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ALPHA. this game is gonna stay in its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ half completed state. A liar Spoiler: Necroscourge This game is just a generic gears of war styled shooter with warhammer skins. Nothing that the devs promised is in the game, and the prices of real money items mysteriously multiplied since the last patch. The game supposedly releases at the end of the year but there is no way the game can be considered anywhere near done. So they just added Orks right? common sense would indicate they also added AI bots in order to replicate the sheer numbers of the orcs; but all they did was add new characters that have ork skins but are otherwise identical to the other playable factions. So playing orks is about as fun as pulling teef, since you have every disadvantage of being an ork but none of the advantages (Insanely superior numbers and extremely tough) All in all this is another bait and switch EA failure. They baited players with the promise of an open world warhammer experience and then produced a generic shooter with warhammer skins thinking nobody would notice. Everybody who paid anything more than the minimum to play this game was ripped off. Nothing is more depressing than playing a warhammer licensed game and getting a 12v12 arena shooter instead of the hundreds versus hundreds engagements that the franchise is known for. Unfortunately when you have amatuer companies handling big name licenses you get this kind of peter molenuex bait and switch garbage. There are no gigantic crowds of orks, there are no vehicles iconic to the franchise here, there are no interesting mechanics, there is absolutely no story whatsoever, and most importantly the team sizes are god awfully small. This isin't 1992, we can have more than thirty players in a server now. Avoid this game like the plague.
I feel as though this statement is a deflection of sorts. What most people are saying when you use the word "finished" is "ready". This really seems like damage control, and honestly, that's probably what we need at this very moment. In one month, we're going to have one heck of a storm as a majority of the people who buy this game at release are probably not going to have the patience and/or time to carefully research the situation of this game. They're going to be paying full price for a game that is (more than likely) going to be buggy as heck and containing fairly little content. And they're going to be right. A majority of people won't know (or probably even care) about the up-coming features that are promised to us. They're going to expect a mostly complete game at launch, and when they put down their cold hard cash and find this, there's going to be a lot of raging people. Hopefully some will truly enjoy the game and stick around to see how things pan out, but I really believe that most will not. Personally, I feel as though this game is "releasing" too soon, but it certainly can't be helped at this point. I do hope that the launch goes as smooth as possible so as to not damage the Eternal Crusade IP. Because goddamn do I see much potential for this game. It's been cut-back significantly from what I was originally sold, but that's fine; I still want this new game so much. I truly hope that the passion and enthusiasm of the developers is enough to pull this together. But this is 40k, and you know what we say about hope...
