Probably worse than you think actually. We've got BHVR's incompetence combined with Bandai's unscrupulous business practice. Both companies are on my "never buy anything from again" list after the experience I've had as a founder. At least they taught me never to invest in game development.
Well according to the spew from announcements the game has not actually released until it is out for Xbone and PissyFour. Whatever build that is, that is when the game is actually released. This "early release"(unfinished is the better title) is exactly what we are all pissed about, a quick cash grab. Will they actually follow through and take it to Xbone and Pissy4, maybe? If they don't, then consider the game to be dead and don't expect any major changes. Why would they bother working on it if they can't get a large volume sale? It's sad, we love the work so far and wanted it to mature from a zygote, to fetus, to offspring, and then to this beautiful Coke drinking polar bear. Bear on the right is the open world, MMO, PS2 like experience we dreamed for.
How retarded do you have to be to not understand the implications of pre-ordering? If you're not okay throwing that money away then don't buy something and instead wait for it to come out like a reasonable human. Atleast the devs didn't just take the money and run like many people kept saying in the early days or other games *coughcoughSTARCITIZENcough* Jokes aside, the RTP stuff will probably get sorted out while the devs work on what is probably a mountain of backlogged stuff.

No ones argueeing anything about preorders. But these rufunds were supposed to be given out days ago and apparently were! unless you bought stuff on the website then, as support made very clear in their twenty word response, you are screwed and they kept your points.
There were limited relic weapons that could only be purchased on the website but not in game. If they reset the RTP from the website, then you would have gotten the relic weapons for free since they could not be acquired in game.
But I'm not talking relics weapons, I'm talking ice hawk fusion pistol, scorp chainsword and swooping lasblaster. all in game yet no reset for me.
No, you wouldn't. Why? Because you would lose those weapons anyway. It wasn't supposed to be just a refund, it was supposed to be a RESET. And they said that they would reset everything BUT Relic weapons, since those were limited in availability, and had to be directly purchased.
yep, those are the relic items. For LSM it was a cool plasma gun, golden bolter, golden heavy bolter etc.... I purchased them knowing full well that it would not refund them because there was a limited number.
