At which point in the production process will regional servers be set up?
I'm not asking for a date, that would be pointless.
I just want to know which components of the game need to be completed before we get regional servers outside of North America.

I'm asking because I find the lag increasingly frustrating. There is only so much testing that a player can enjoy when most fights end in an instant death that can't be explained by anything other than the good old transatlantic ping.

I think at latest, it'll be Beta, because we need that functionality properly tested etc.

We're even looking into if it'll be possible to have PC EU and US with regional game servers on the same database during early access. No promises but who knows. Security first.

Not on all platforms. It's easy for PC, consoles has policies and networks that don't allow it.

but looking at the map { link to the map } it showed a large part of the player are in US soo that means we will be cutting down the player base by alot we get matches very quickly but i think after regional server it will be harder to find a match { living in india which makes me to join Eu server }

I'd be surprised if you couldn't select which regional server you play on.
For me personally longer waiting times are a price worth paying to get the lag down to playable levels.

I lived there (punjab) for a year in 06-07, I hope the internet logistics have improved greatly, cos last time I was there it was annoying.
