I'll handle Autarch if no one wants it as I don't want to always take that slot if others are interested. Otherwise, if Autarch does get taken, then Uriel knows that Pathfinders suit me, so I may as well stick to what I'm good at.
Well alright then. For simplicity's sake, I'll just copy-paste. Second verse, same as the first. Character: Selhiat Etherghymn (Sel) Player: Warmaster Nate Faction: -Eldar Sub-Faction: - Mymeara Traits: Bellicose Biel-Tani: - Although he has now found a better home with Mymeara, Sel was born and raised on Biel-Tan. Before he decided the goals of his homeworld were too fantastic and far-fetched for him, he had already tread the paths of the Striking Scorpion, Swooping Hawk, Dire Avenger, and Fire Dragon. He is thus quite well-versed with various combat doctrines and tactics - as should any Autarch be - and he is proficient with tools of those paths. Wanderer of the Stars: - Before he found his new home, Sel was a Ranger. He has much skill in covert operations and employs these tactics with his forces quite ruthlessly. He also often commits reconnaissance personally, despite the concerns of some of his subordinates. Unacclimated Mymearan: - After some trials and travails as a Ranger, Sel found sanctuary with Mymeara after some nasty encounters near the Eye of Terror. His combat aptitude and strategic capabilities eventually led the former Biel-Tan combat veteran to heading swift, surgical victories in Mymeara's name as an Autarch. Although he has not attained high status amongst the Autarchs of Mymeara, his victories have, and his recent reassignment is indication of trust placed upon him. However, due to his background, Sel is not Mymearan and is still somewhat of a stranger to them. Some of them have a harder time respecting him as they do their other Autarchs. Minor cultural differences are still outstanding. Flaws: Methodical: - Sel is articulate with strategy, but in actual combat he sticks to what he knows. His standard kit-out is his life, and he trains with the weapons he has come to love. Sel is slow to break from his personal mold and suffers in combat if he is not using the same weapons that he starts with. (if it's the same weapon like an exact replacement, then that's fine, but a similar weapon of different type like a fusion pistol replaced with a fusion gun is going to throw off his game) Hubris of the Eldar: - Having experience in so many fields, time spent studying so many methods, and victories to bolster his credentials, Sel is very confident in his capabilities. He understands his limits and is very meticulous in preventing failures, but once he believes he's got something handled, he can become fixed by overconfidence and is incredibly stubborn to shift once his mind is made. Harrowing Ventures: - During his time as a Ranger, Sel signed on with a crew to get rich quick the Eldar way: gathering soul stones. This naturally led to plying crone worlds near and inside the Eye of Terror in a manner most dangerous. He has directly encountered the forces his race despises above all and barely escaped. He will not underestimate She Who Thirsts strategically and knows very well how to exploit this foe tactically, but in the heat of direct combat he is even more prone to acting rashly and out of fear than the average Eldar. Impossible to spot by the eyes of a lesser creature, and only barely noticeable to the acute vision of an Eldar, Sel's soulstone bears a thin hair-line crack across it's center. Sub-Faction Trait / Flaw: Teachings of Irillyth - The Pheonix Lord of the Shadow Spectres taught the Craftworlders of Mymeara the perfect use of combining Stealth, Speed and Firepower, making them one of the most dangerous Craftworld there is, as they can strike faster and stronger than any other, no matter which Aspect Shrine an Eldar of Mymeara belongs to, these teachings are always coming first as they ensure their survival. Equipment: (this is a standard Autarch loadout) Heavy Aspect Armor (similar in effect to Power Armor, minus the strength buffs) Forceshield (similar in effect to a power/refractor field, but more reliable) Swooping Hawk Wings (in addition) Soulstone imbued in chestplate Comm beacon w/ chronometer Weapons: Eldar Power Sword Ranger Long Rifle Fusion Pistol Mandiblasters 2 Plasma grenades, 2 Haywire grenades EDIT: Fixed
