Lord Inquisitor Keralix Keralix enjoyed the silence he had while traveling down the lift, more so after the nervous breathing of the guardsman that had retrieved him ceased. It was moments like these when his thoughts flowed freely, however his solitude was short lived as the lift stopped abruptly and its two mechanical doors separated. The guardsman leading him began his march down a large hallway that was dimly lit by soft red lights. As the end of the corridor was approached, the Inquisitor could hear the all familiar shouts of a war room. Sure enough, the hallway ended with a large dome room that held the palace's strategium. Immediately as he entered the room he saw a large projected display of the space battle, or rather its aftermath. A temper began to surface in the back of his mind as the only imperial navy signature remaining in orbit was the Deimos. The Guardsman, in a swift awkward movement, stood at attention and alerted the room of the Lord Inquisitor's presence.

Except Mordicus would have had in his prior post already the communication from the Deimos that the Imperial Navy dude wanted him to call for the Astartes before the Overlord Class went down.... Steelfang could feel the daggers in Mallar's eyes waiting for the signal to commence was getting tiresome though he did find a way to amuse himself at Malla's expense one in a while knock his hand against the friegher's hull a few times it seemed annoy him to no end the thousand son sorcerer opposite him stared impassively at Steelfang as if his mind was a light years away he gave the sorcerer a little kick to see if he would react nothing it seemed the sorcerer wasn't in at the moment maybe Steelfang should leave him a message at the tone

Vindicare Assassin, Castus Bones The group had been walking for only a half-hour. However behind him, Castus overheard the two Sisters joining him exchange a few words. After they conversed, they turned opposite to Castus and marched deeper into the slums of the capital. He turned to confront them but was stopped by a stern grab from his partner, Victoria. "Let them go, they've been bored all day." He snarled at the situation and heeded her words. "Their betrayal is a sign of disrespect." Victoria chuckled, it was seldom that Castus became so passionate. "They've betrayed no one, Mister Bones. They're simply trying to cover more ground." He swatted her hand away and began to massage his temple. What had gotten into him? Why was this planet making him so agitated? "They are representatives of the very order that nearly claimed your life, Victoria. How can you be so merciful?" Again she laughed, not due to Castus's overreactions but to a revelation of her own. "I don't care anymore, damn the order. I'm having more fun without them." He sighed deeply and adjusted the rifle that was slung over his back. "We're going to tail them then. This is an opportunity to see what they're made of." Victoria replied only with a nod and a toothy grin, and together they both began tailing the two Sisters of battle.
Mallar tried his best not to burst in a fit of rage at Steelfang's childish attempts to make him angry but it was working, Mallar shook it off however as he remembered Fang's orders. Mallar couldn't help but think why they hired this Renegade in the first place, Mallar knew that Fang wanted to 'add' to their War Band but undecided Astartes (OOC Renegades) were a waste of time since most of the time they always had their own agendas and most of them that Fang came across showed no interest in becoming a part of Chaos, however maybe Fang saw something in this one that Mallar could not see? As Mallar continued to stir the thoughts in his head he checked his weapons and checked those of his small strike force to make sure they were all prepared, he even approached Steelfang and spoke "Alright scum I know you don't like me and you would be stupid if you hadn't found out by now that I don't like you but in this time we cannot risk ourselves being found. We have our differences I get that but for now we must put these differences aside and deal with it, so I'm offering a temporary truce we don't have to like each other but let's not test one another. Deal?" Mallar held out his hand and waited.
