It wasn't free, I paid for it, they got my money and used them in whatever way they wanted, unluckily their product turned out to be faulty, not my fault.

It isn't faulty though. It works. You played it for 580 hours. That isn't faulty. You have zero legs to stand on in this argument.
  3. I wont ever ask for a refund because i know the risks of founder/alpha/kickstarter doesnt matter how you call it. I enjoyed the time in almost every game i supported until yet and it was the money worth.

I made it like Asheru. A long time ago i supported a game, it was nice but i lost interest and the direction changed. I went on and never came back. I dont know the name, i would even check it again to see what happened...

  4. He has actually, if you remember EA and Founders Alpha "were" to polish game so while you say 580 hours of entertainment, by pen it was 580(minus launch gameplay) of Alpha testing wich cannot considered as entertainment so easily.
  5. I threw 40 dollars and got before release 70 hours of gameplay. Now I got another 70 more. Im having fun, but even if I was pissed off for the game I just lost a bit of money. In the worst case, you lost 120 dollars, not so much in this days.

I wouldn't call 580 hours of alpha testing "entertainment" tbh. Alpha was less than entertaining.
  7. But if you dont enjoy the alpha testing of a certain game, you would just stop. You wouldnt continue.

Back then we had been promised an awesome game with several cool features, we were prepared to play test a broken alpha so we could give our feedback to the devs so they could use it to create that game.
  9. Yeah but in that time you enjoyed it. Doesnt matter what happens after because you had no idea what will come a year later.

Except it can and is considered Entertainment. Why would you play it in Alpha if you don't enjoy it. That would be an idiotic thing to do. I played it since January and had fun the entire time. So no you can't just ignore the 580 hours of gameplay.
