It really is way out of charaxter for the gw art style. Same with the chaos shoulderpad. Nice artwork i guess, but totally out of place.

Replace rhino parts with 4 gigantic mona emperor shoulder pads and then we have the pinnacle of perfection made manifest

I'm still gonna chalk this up to the Ecclesiarchy wanted to boost morale for the sisters of battle but a clerical error had them made for astartes instead. Then they asked themselve who would actually hand these out? They're still perfectly good shoulderpads.
