Knives don't count as equipment since they're essentially finger length? I listed them as a weapon because that's their primary function. If I can't have the knives as an equipment slot then I'll drop the Shotgun since my autogun is just as powerful
Don't worry as the only normal human here Josef will protect you. But if you show any glimmer of heresy he will beat you to death with his shield.
Completely mundane normal as can possibly be human being. No mutations, enhancements, cybernetics, or anything strange from the perfect form that is the unaltered human body and mind.
What the ork said. Lianna's just a really good / lucky soldier who grew up to be a Kasrkin. Amongst demigods, at that.
Josef is relatively normal too but I think crusaders do go through some augmentation since I have heard of one crusader serving his inquisitor for twelve decades.
Well. At least that's somewhat comforting. So, what's our list of people? A maniacally radical-in-denial Inquisitor, a grim-to-hell Astartes, an augmented zealout with a FLAMING POWER SWORD, a White Scars librarian, an Arbites (40k-Judge) with a healthy fondness of knives (or as healthy as any bit of liking in 40k can get), an Elysian with a melta and Tyranid experience, a grumpy old Mech-lady with a gargantuan power axe, and a young Kasrkin that's half lucky half crackshot. Honestly, it sounds alot more normal than I expected.
No, I'm just emphasizing it since that's one of the more 40k things in that list of crazy bastards helping an Inquisitor. And it's damn awesome.
The sword pattern is actually insanely rare and it's the Loi Pattern Burning Sword which from lore is considered ultra, ultra rare since only a few thousand were ever made. While it is technically a power sword, it's more akin to essentially a melta weapon and is normally drawn across two thin twin blades with a hollow fuller projecting outwards towards a single combined tip allowing it to act as both a sword breaker, reduce the weight giving it both faster swing speed and less fatigue upon the user in prolonged use, and is roughly the length of a long sword 36-48" in length from hilt to tip. Loi-Pattern Burning Blade What started as a series of malfunctioning power swords from the disreputable Clovis Munitorum became a new weapon type after users discovered the faulty field conduits raised the temperature of the blade to over 600 degrees. Loi Metalworks investigated and created what are now known as burning blades, power swords that deliberately create intense heat along their blade so as to burn flesh to the bone with each strike. Heavily insulated so that the user feels little of the inferno raging inches from their palm, these swords are nevertheless extremely dangerous to the wielder as well as their opponents. On a successful hit, the target must pass a Challenging (+0) Agility Test or be set on fire. As it can be swung in a longer arc, it can strike with greater penetration. Each is almost a 1.5 meters in length, and some users modify the top of the axe in order to fashion a very intimidating walking stick. This weapon requires two hands to use.
