We didn't waste this opportunity though. This is squarely the fault of the dev team. It's not our responsibility to lie and pretend all is well when it simply isn't. If the devs want to not get eaten alive by reviews then the should have waited so they could release a finished product, or not gone back on all their original promises(and let's not pretend that "post launch" means anything more than "please don't abandon us for failing to deliver "
nah, every two dime psychologist can see you fit the profile. my guess is you are still in your teens, so I strongly advice you to talk to an adult you trust about those urges. you know, how nobody understands your vastly superior intellect, and how that is frustrating at times, how the girls in school dont even like to talk to you, but to the dumb popular guys instead, and how that makes you feel. the things you dream off at night, the things you would like to do to people to make them understand... it's not too late to ask for help.
I am not going to make a positive review unless I feel the game deserves it at launch. Likewise with a negative one. As much as I want to see this game flourish, Behaviour has made their bed and now must lay in it. To try to pad the game with positive (or even a lack of negative reviews), would be incredibly dishonest and likely cause an even greater backlash. So no. I will not do what you tell me for the reasons you tell me. I feel it's immoral, dishonest, and only a short-term gain even if it works.
I know but still better they walk away with no harm done to them than they walk away with their pockets full of money

Congratulations OP you successfully participated in yet another steam manipulation to sell unfinished games. Thanks to you and your friends (obviously not your fault alone) EC now doesn't need to work hard since it's got positive reviews. Now as the old ones leave you can enjoy your time as you guys slowly get scammed (but it's new scams so yay!) by the team. Circle of life.
