And of course, because they are facing Ultramarines, the children of Isha will lose three avatars of Khaine - two punched to death by Calgar AT THE SAME TIME, the other slay by some random marine who will become the famous hero of Commrath (we will hear about, hmm... Let me guess... SUPREMUS! for months) - and each craftworld one quarter of its initial population (not a half, 'cause their must be some eldar left for the EC), while the sons of Maccrage will lose, wow, A WHOLE COMPANY! (for whom we'll have to mourn for several additional months... Especially GW's staff, who will be required to wear only black for the period).

You may have noticed that I don't used the term "smurf". I'm aware that some of you are real fans of the Ultramarines chapter (for their old fluff or/and their BL novels) and don't intend to lack them the respect they deserve; my criticism is directed against the GW's marketing office and those who enjoy the shame inflicted to the honor of this chapter.
  2. You also forgot the part where Calgar t-bags their corpses. Otherwise, spot on.

I've just found out the rest of the story in the wiki. Wholesale it is almost as shameful and ridiculous for both sides, that what I was expecting: they made the common force of three of the main eldar craftworlds act as orks, all this just to say that the xenos "could not overcome the tactical brilliance of Marneus Calgar and his Ultramarines" and, indeed, the chapter master killed an avatar by himself.

You know what this shit reminds me? The movie 300, with the angry emissary getting executed and super-human warriors lower in number preventing a whole army of inhuman foes to harm their people... Yeah, a lame that they couldn't, at least, write us a better storyline

Khorne is the easiest to gain favour with. Give him blood, he goes home happy ;)

Ah, but the medium used matters. For the Cereal God, a psyker offering him blood is like a walking pile of shit force-feeding you premium caviar by hand. Khorne's the most racist of all gods.

Lol. Kyras offered a huge amount of blood and the chance to tear a loyalist chapter apart, one filled with an above normal number of librarians at that (and, possibly, a connection to the thousand sons).

Khorne usually seems more against actual sorcery than necessarily the psyker, and since Kyras achieved his goals through mortal means, and because he offered a huge bounty, it seemingly passed as ok.

    Also, racist? I don't even...

That's Relic Lore. Don't trust Relic Lore. Otherwise Khorne is also bro-tier with Chaos Sorcerers (Winter Assault), Generall Sturnn is larger than a Space Marine Chaplain (also Winter Assault) and every Tac Squad can carry up to five heavy weapons.

I find that part good, just confused that Khorne doesn't bother inducting psykers as long as they aren't using psychics (sic). And well, he alone of the Dark Gods ban a specific, constant part of a group :/

Don't forget the nuclear bayonet Guardsmen, Commies beating fcking Spess Mahrines in single combat melee, Eldar vehicles and units NOT PAPER-TOUGHNESS, and Tahril torturing Necron Warriors. Plus Tau launching a crusade in Kronus.

I get the rest, but the last time I checked guardsmen died to everything safe for Eldar Guardians and Tau Units (as in, Firewarriors and the like) in melee.
