Random names are infinite, in case you didnt realize the massive number of cultures in 40k all of which have thousands of single names and millions of name combinations. And that is just for Space Marines. There are even more for Xenos whose names dont make much sense to begin with or even Orks who can have anything Humans can have but spelled funny
