The Rogue Trader store is the 1st step to making extra money so far it works well for other games. I HIGHLY doubt that IGN is gonna go "this game adheres to the 40k IP very well...you will HATE it" so what could they possibly say to give negative publicity to a game that does nothing but what it is supposed to do? (which in case you were wondering is be an MMO-shooter set in the warhammer 40k universe that is being closely monitored by the creators of said universe)
True they are swicthing to unique terms for things to increase copyright (imperial guard to Astra Militarum) so yeah im almost sure that if you got the term Wraith first you could keep it
