  1. Date: M41 981
Location: Hexes VI, Hexes System, Ghoul Stars, Ultima Segmentum
Current Planet Controllers: Lords of Xephur
    Planetary Size: 1.7 Terra
    Planetary Gravity: 1.5 Terra
    Planetary Population: Unknown

The Hexes system, a damned place scarred by warfare. Millennia ago the planets here were lush and filled with life, most certainly different than before the Lords of Xephur arrived. Now these planets are utterly lifeless, subject to long term extinction at the hands of those seeking its resources. The only movement that can be found within the systems now are the large docks and installations designed to repair and refuel the Xephurian ships (which are not equipped with Warp Drives, meaning they require refueling more often than other races’ vessels.)

The system has largely remained unnoticed by the Administratum and Imperium as a whole, the Xephurian vessels cloaked from the sight of any passing Imperial fleets. It was, however four Terran months ago that a small exploratory fleet found Ork ships clashing and being utterly destroyed by vessels of unknown origin, before the vessels seemingly vanished from scans and sight. Nobody knows why only one of the vessels returned, missing half the crew and riddled with damage from weaponry not encountered by the Imperium before and recorded.

As rumors spread among the Imperium, a few individuals proceeded to make their way to the supposed system in search of power and technology. Meanwhile the Imperium sent their own warriors, the fearless Blood Angel Space Marines and Imperial Guard to investigate the cause of the disturbance.
Unfortunately for those who would disturb the security of the local civilization, Xephrians do not take kindly to trespassing, men and women from all factions were either slain or captured.

Your adventure begins upon the barren world of Hexes VI. The Blood Angels Space Marines and Imperial Guard begin within a crashed transport, the last thing they remember being an ambush by unknown vessels in the planet’s orbit. The rest of you are recommended to begin in the same state or something similar, as the point is you do not have current access to an army (although a few lower level NPC’s are fine.)

As of now none of you have actually met any Xephurians.

(Well you may have been on separate transport ships, it's just I don't expect the Imperial crash sites to be too far from each other. On another note, given Guardsmen are... Less skilled than most mercs or whatever else I'll let you take about 4-5 standard Guardsmen as NPC's instead of the 3 if you wish. But these are standard Guards, not veterans.)
(Any faction is allowed so long as they have a good reason for being here. Hell, even Tyranids have a technical reason to be here that I won't reveal unless someone wants to be one. For now just get yourselves introduced, this RP will mainly be freeform and I actually may not be interfering for a while...
  2. Deep within the holds of one of the ships, a half mechanical and clearly important figure was watching the space battle taking place in front of him.

???: "The communication jamming technology appears to be a success."

???(2): "So all long range communication will be blocked? Are we sure none of the messages may escape?"

???: "Unlikely. The opponent ships cannot even engage with each other in communication. This battle will likely be over soon."

???(2): "I'm more concerned with survivors that have made it onto the planet itself. Send a small detachment to the surface, we can't afford anyone to learn of our location. Xephur must not be found by decree of the Overlord himself."
(Furthermore remember there are many forces that have arrived in the system, it's a battle between the various forces as much as it is against the Xephurians.)

After but a few moments of being released, the Thunderhawk sized transport lands in an obscure location upon the planet, releasing a group of ten Xephur Hunters.

(Imagine this, but black armour and a gun bulkier than the standard Las weapon.)

The group quickly split into two groups of five, three hunters and one communications soldier per group, a Xephur Gifted leading each one. Unlike the rifles of their comrades, these two leaders sported Mono-Molecular refined Plasteel blades and bulky pistols.

Gifted I: "Move out, search for survivors, only engage at close range if necessary."

(Xephur are actually naturally slightly weaker and less durable than Humans, yet slightly more intelligent. Other than that there's no difference. Although I will briefly explain their tech...

Their weapons fire heated Flechette Darts that actually do about the same damage as Laguns but are far more penetrating. Their armour is comparable to Light Carapace and they have a basic Asupex like device in their helmets allowing for Night/Heat Vision as well as zoomed sight.)
Also I Didn't do any of this
    Alhendors Du'un did it all

OOC:You think we should all post a summary of where we are?

A single nurglite obliterator; the only survivor of an expedition party crash landed on this planet. The mission was to investigate the rumours and acquire advanced technology. He's spent Many hours walking & not coming across anything (apart from a nightlord- cain. He swore to kill him next time they met ) untill he stumbled across Tzys (who pretty much attempted to assassinate him) and decided to form an alliance.

  4. OOC: That would help, I think.
A moderately sized organic ship burned through the atmosphere like a fallen god, crashing with earth-shattering force into the underbrush of a dense jungle extending kilometers in every direction.

From the wreckage, 3 dense, muscular, humanoid figures emerged. One, standing at over seven feet tall and clad in plated onyx armor, began growling and chanting in an incomprehensible alien language, pointing towards the others in a clearly domineering tone.

The trio, having survived mostly unharmed from their crash landing, immediately began using parts from their bioship to dig a tunnel into the earth, carefully concealing their entrance. Due to years of living underground and an almost supernatural digging speed, the emergence hole was built within 14 hours, an entire shelter for the three warriors.

Next, came a supply check. The bioship, due to a combination of its biological nature and the hardy digestive system of the Locust, was edible, so they had food to last for years, if need be. Ammunition was mostly intact, though many weapons were damaged in the crash. Sniper rifles, shotguns, various models of assault rifles, pistols, submachine guns and armor were all intact, but only a single flamethrower or blade could be found. Armor of many varieties, many of which were designed for orbital filtration, were entirely unharmed by their recent ordeal.

  5. Waking up with a huge headache Tzys looks around and spots her friend Calistian Zathos. Calistian was one of Lorgar's most trusted Sargents before he started to lose his sanity Getting up she noticed a shard of metal jutting from her shoulder tearing it out with a grunt Tzys walks over to Calistian and tries to wake him up failing to do that she passes out from tiredness and the last thing she remembers is the armada shooting down their ships.
  6. Tzys holstered her two pistols and called Calistian over "This is Calistian and he specialises in close combat so if we encounter any enemies you keep them suppressed and he will tear them to pieces" 'Nice to meet you Nurglite we are heading north Tzys sensed two people up there'
OOC: 'Is Calistian speaking and " is Tzys talking

The Obliterator stood there with his huge, grotesque 'hand' extended towards Tzys and a smile across what might be his face. 'Very well- we shall be allies' He growled. 'You haven't seen a nightlord in this immediate area, have you? I wish to... speak with him'

OOC: might be a bit slow in replying- work & all lmao

(OOC: So, I have to write a resume of what happened to Hawnuu? Alrighty then.)
*Hawnuu, a Chaos Space Marine from the Sons of Malice, crashed in this forsaken planet with 199 other battle brothers. His left leg was completely busted, but he made a quick repair. Hawnuu then went to the armory and picked up a standard pattern bolter, a stalker pattern bolter, 3 melta bombs and 400 bolter rounds. (200 for each bolter). He blew up the doors with a melta, and went into the forest. After walking for some time, he spotted 5 unknown xenos with unknown firearms. Hawnuu blew up the arm of one of the xenos with a bolter round from his stalker pattern. He then changed covers, and got out the standard bolter. He then shot two more xenos, but the xenos rounds hit him in the right arm.* (There are 2 xenos left, he has 2 melta bombs, 199 rounds for his stalker pattern and 194 rounds for his standard bolter.)

'Hmmm, I see. Such a shame...' he said with the slightest hint of acid 'My goals? I simply wish to acquire the advanced technology present on this planet- or so the intel says. Apparently there is some bizarrely clever mechanisms which rival xeno tech; we were sent to investigate however my brothers did not survive the crash.
