" Climbing in through a window (Building 1) Jimmy begins his advance under cover, sticking to the lowest ground level as he weaves between hallways with his new power sabre and bolt pistol drawn. "Andrea, Shady, take out their buggies gunners. Everyone else, open fire! " The Draconian Hive Scum emerged from the cover of the buildings, opening fire on those on the street with a particular focus on the heavies trying to navigate the Razorwire.
The round punched the veteran's shoulder, but the man fought on. The pair of buggys rolled closer, and opened fire on Johan's position, seeking to cause a break in the sniper fire. Heavy stubber shots pelted the walls and windows near to the sniper. One of the heavies took offence, and raised his missile launcher. The rocket flew through the air, before decimating the rockcrete it touched. The hive scum survived, somehow, but their cover had been critically damaged.
GM NOTE: Moves into building 2 "Alright Jimmy, if you say so." Gordon peeked from behind the dumpster where he was hiding (R/10) to check that no orlocks were already in the alley and should there be none, ran across the alley and climbed through a window into the building itself. (P/10)
GM NOTE: sticking in cover and waiting to shoot at the first creep that runs in his way Steve nodded and took cover by the entrance of the left building, watching the alley. He reloaded his bolters and waited for the first enemy to show up.
GM NOTE: Taking cover Oh hell to the no, Johan spouted and looked at the ganger who kept on running, "what kind of fucking drugs do they give you guys?!" Oh what.. A pair of buggies opened fire on his position, ripping through the building's cheap materials like paper. Damn it all, Tapio spouted and jumped backwards - falling on the roof's harsh surface and laying there, "Why can't these things shoot without a bright light?`" He rose and crouched behind a ventilation hatch, I'll stay here then.. Didn't even want to help you guys.
GM NOTE:Jimmy firing Bolt Pistol in ambush on Buggy Gunner. Hive Scum moving to new cover while firing at anything in sight. With the buggies focused up on Johan Jimmy finally broke over, leaning out of a smashed door way he took aim on a Buggy Gunner in the street and unloaded six shots from his bolt pistol at him, firing on the central mass to increase his chances of hitting. The Hive Scum spread out from their ruined cover, taking up new positions in the buildings while firing snap shots at those in the street, trying to keep their heads down and guns silent.
GM NOTE: Andrea Attacks Buggy #1 - Gunner ; The Shadow attacks Buggy #2 - Gunner Both knew they had to take care of the heavy weapons and those would be definitely the buggies. Also it would harm their morale some more! They took calmly aim from the top of the building, aiming on the Buggies and their contents and then pulling the trigger once they would be satisfied to take a clean shot. OOC: Btw Andrea only wears her glasses now out-of-combat, now that she has goggles
Several men moved in to place ahead. They were directed by a grim looking fellow, who appeared more experienced than the rest. He made sure they stuck to cover, before they started to fire toward Steve's position. Steve, in retaliation, fired a volley at them, but his shots either missed or were absorbed by the cover hte enemy were in. With the sniper silenced, the buggy gunners momentarily turned their attention elsewhere, only for Jimmy to appear from their side. He fired as he moved forward, cutting a juve down along his way. He took cover, the buggy fire now turned squarely on to him and his hive scum. [GM note, Deran killed 1x juve] Andrea's round hit the body work at the back end of the buggy, but the strength of the shot forced the round through the metal, and the gunner behind it. He suffered a wound to the chest and was thrown free of the vehicle, dead. Shadow's shot fell marginally astray, as the buggy reversed slightly, realising its precarious position. [GM note, Urian killed 1x gunner (counts as ganger)] With the buggys coming under intense fire, Jennifer decided to join the fray. She fired her heavy bolter from a second floor window, pounding the whole area with highly explosive rounds, keeping the enemy pinned where they were. Danny, in the meantime, moved downstairs and lay in wait for any enemy fool enough to enter. The ganger sergeant ordered his men to get to cover. The rocket launcher wielding heavy lobbed a grenade toward the hive scum, the explosion killing one and near maiming another. GM NOTE: Andrea shoots at Ganger Sgt. ; Noctunis shoots at Buggy #2 Driver Noctunis gritted his teeth and did not let the Buggy get away, in revenge for denying the kill, aiming upon the drier now. Andrea heard for a moment orders from a man, it must had been the leader! She did not hesitate and swayed her weapon to the origin of the command, attempting to shoot him a bullet anywhere into his body.
GM NOTE: Throwing Frag Grenade at ganger Sergeant and his guys in cover. Four Hive Scum attacking Missile Launcher Heavy. Jimmy threw himself out of cover as soon as the Buggy gunners fell silent. Drawing his own frag he chucked it over into the tightly packed 'squad' lead by the Sergeant, intent on ripping em apart or flushing them out of cover. "Gordon get out here! Danny, watch the alley way nearest to ya! Steve, Sack fire at will and hold the other paths! Doc' lets see some fire on those drivers! Ya mooks in the building put down fatass over there! "The Hive Scum reeled from the grenade, those who had made it out alive turned their guns on the heavy once again, four of them firing their autoguns while the fifth sat in cover, nerves shattered by the close call.
