I'm curious to know if any Ork group of friends, guild, or hell Idc, the entire race would like to set up a time to do something extra special. Like a themed match where maybe MYST has a shieldwall and the Orks have one as well. We'd just knock down the doors on a Fortress and just play with bare knuckles (only pistols) for the durration of the game. If you're tired of playing against LSM we can figure something else out. Maybe temptest launchers vs a rokkit apocalypse. Maybe purposefully fight on a single point to intensify the match as much as possible. We can use the GvG function for this. Or do some que tricks. Either way, I think itd be a riot. Let me know what kinda of craziness you'd like to see!
Set up a commander on each side. They get to direct each player like a chess piece. Set up rules like "x" weapon only gets to shoot for 3 seconds, or fire one shot, put a limit on how far each class can move. So something like "Ragescreama advance 4 paces and fire your rokkit at dominov" Then I would get one shot to try and hit. Would be hell to setup but it would be pretty awesome at the same time imo. Make the objective something like reaching a certain point or blowing up a parked vehicle with melta bombs only.
You're right that's one hell of a set up... You think people have the attention span / patience for that? Or better put - wouldnt cheat?
I gotta say, I've been BEGGING for themed fights for awhile now! And I think that Da Lead Belchas would be down for a battle like this! Send Thrakka a message, he might be busy until after the New Year but he'll probably respond.
If something like this is being set up count me in on this ! Also the chess thing sounds pretty fun too though i second the whole Call Thraka idea
