With the recent rise and fall of many RPs that didn't even make it very far, i.e. Valonox' super ambitious dawn of war style of ultimate armageddon style war and my own The 6th Coin combined with the influx of newcomers, I realize I need a cleaner less biased look at our RP community. In order to 'go with the flow' I need to distance myself a bit, as I am just too stuck on how it used to be. rather than looking ahead and helping to forge the steel of destinies. Not to forget my plan to revamp DWS and make a final fantasy inspired RP (either WH40k in a Fantasy setting, i.e. Exodite World or an actual full-blown Final Fantasy setting; more like 1, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 rather than 7 or 13 & 15 - aka more fantasy, less tech) have made the current stuff feel more like work than fun. However I will stay from the EC forum away in entirety for some while in order to build that distance and also see what happens after I am gone for quite some while. I won't put a date on this, but expect me to be gone until 2017, even after my birthday in January. DWS & Alien Hive will be continued once I return - as long as the players are still there and interested. And I will do my best to re-join currently going on RPs that I will be leaving. The Coming Night is a given that I will participate in again (I hope Lurielle is in good hands!) and so is Jori's Eldar RP, because I enjoy Yareli far too much. The other RPs - it will depend where and how they are once I am back, but I will try my best. @Jorimel for the record, this doesn't affect Eldar TV - only EC RP stuff. There is a light shining with warmth in each of us, and by us coming together it is more of a beacon. Don't ever forget that no matter how different our backgrounds are, it is our passion for Wh40k and our love and desire to roleplay - to assume personalities we are not - that binds us together.
