    @CommissarGaunt
    Damn you for bringing back European conflicts after i got rid of the files ( quite bulky and were eating up my memory ) but sign me up for it in advance as confused as i was about the initial system and a little bit salty at how poorly things went i still enjoyed the original .
  2. That's alright, this is an entirely separate theater of war you'll be deployed into meaning new characters and everything considering the initial characters were KIA/MIA for a very long time due to the nuclear winter. This is going to take place in a civilian rich environment and incorporate some covert/infiltration work in the beginning before it escalates.

    As such, characters will have drastically different backgrounds. In terms of lore though, it will take place about five years prior to the original roleplay but overall weapons and technology are the same.

  4. We're talking about the same people that designed a Leman Russ MBT which according to the official 1987 schematics upon which they also released the original Predator MBT that when you actually calculate the dimensions, barely has room for two crew members let alone the six it's supposed to have in lore while still taking a full combat payload...but that's none of my business.

    Ah...to lay my eyes upon the Warhawk once more!It make me wonder what the torture-lords of Commoragh have given to the Xanthite Techpriests when the bargain was struck...
    While you have some points, on this one its pretty straight to me.People keep forgetting that most of the tau race are under a entity called the 'Tau Empire'.

    Tau Empire.

    The fallacy of such a system cannot keep them alive in the grim-darkness of the universe without a living god to sustain them or a bigger empire to shield them.

    What you are seeing now is not some GW`s oversight or inconsistency in the lore, even though there are examples of the said...
    These are the true colors of an Empire.No wonder it started sharing traits with His Realm.

    My problem is not the Empire thing you fool XD

    My problem is that the Tau turn into Imperium with their warmachines. The Tau were known for swiftness, mobility, striking where it hurts with a lot and fast - like the Dark Angels and White Scars.

    But nooooo GW turns them into Mecha-building crazies that are a pain in the arse to deploy and are basically Imperial Titans rather than the swift battlesuits they used to be. Yeah you know I am talking about you, you darn Stormsurge crappy thing >.<
  7. They want the Japanese & anime-fan markets.

    So I can have a stable roleplay cause life always gets in the way anyone willing to do a Co-GM Roleplay?
  9. I don't know, I like the large tau mechs and the Imperial ones. Its obvious that the tau mechs are inspired by things like Mobile suit gundam while Imperials are more Mech-warrior and western scifi walkers. Hell, been thinking of starting a tau army because of it. :oops:
  10. are you a black market organ dealer?
