I wasn't trying to slap you in the face more of explain my reasoning behind looking so much into factions and why some may see it as common knowledge

Some people would tell me I have an unhealthy obsession with Warhammer but those guys are just heretics who don't love the Emperor.

And then some people tell me that I have an unhealthy obsession with Fallout but those guys are just muties who don't love America.

Was referring to earlier regards that it is common knowledge. Common knowledge, especially with Wh40k lore is up to interpretation because the exposure differs widely.

For example if you only played Dawn of War 1, you do not know whether the so-called God-Emperor is a god or not. You could well believe that he is. You wouldn't know of the Horus Heresy.

All I am saying is that also after all these years you and @Colapse know that I have solid knowledge of the lore. I get that it's the go-to thing with me and the fact I don't read codices. @Jorimel & others do that to me all the time, too. I can't possibly know everything and I am curious, that is why I shared my finding with others who might not know either. And as thanks for that I get a metaphorical slap of 'That's common knowledge, silly'.

So I feel a bit stupid. Chaos is not my strong point, I am aware of that, but hey, at least I keep my ears open just like Lurielle :p

Alright, glad we could clear that up :p

Eh when I started out in 40k I knew pretty much nothing about 40k...

Then began the long descent into hell...

What happened to embracing the madness? :p

Velos, of course you know some stuff, but you can't be both versed in the lore and not know the common knowledge. That's just contradictory. :) You know some stuff. I know some stuff. I'm a specialist, you're a generalist. I like to find out the actual lore, you're a pain in the arse who won't read a Codex. :D *secretly sprinkles powdered Codex on your cereal* But seriously, there is always more to know in such a huge setting. I think what bugs me (and possibly @Colapse) is that you cheerfully refuse to read anything and then say you know the lore. Possibly while doing a little dance singing 'ain't gonna read no Codex no sirree'.

You know far more about the Tau than I do!

Of course it is the same, Space Wolves are massive hypocrites or possibly just ignorant savages, take your pick :p

I guess I fell in too...

I feel in love with the Necrons.

    Big surprise for uneasy observers.

And I wish I could take others with me on a trip around the Mojave shooting Fiends and the NCR but alas we cannot.
