Well since I found out the banks were closed I think some people so have a day off while some don't. I think it maybe a federal holiday so some places are closed
Nah my fault. Just busy with a lot of things, also I think hesitation because @matt23 is out of commission and he is like one of the most important guys right now xD Buuuut let's continue the show for now... I will get something out soon. Nope, lolz. Only government stuff and banks :3
It's called Veterans Day in the States and it is considered a Federal Holiday meaning all non essential Government and Financial institutions that are under jurisdiction of the Federal, State, or Local Government will also be closed. Public and most Private schools also close on this day. For most of the world, it is considered Armistice Day.
For Britain it is just business as usual but at 11am we have two minutes of silence. The history channel also does what its supposed to and shows historical documentaries...
I finally learned why Realspace isn't consumed by the Chaos Gods / Chaos itself yet: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Great_Game Why did nobody ever tell me about that?! I mean come on guys, that is vital information of why the chaos gods never bother with anything themselves but instead need their champions!
Because that's considered a common knowledge. If you ever read a wiki page about Chaos and wondered why exactly do minions of the gods fight each other or why is so hard to pull out a Black Crusade, then you would have read something they refer to as a "Game". Or, if you ever bothered to read more than 2 wh novels...(shots fired )
I presumed yoyu know but since you did not... What's your opinion on the possibility the empires has or is ascending oo god hood and its possible he can e power his champions similar to the gods of chaos and him possibly having his own daemons being the legion of thre damnned and the living saints
Common knowledge my ass, lol! And in total I read 10 Wh40k novels, ye bastard! How the hell would I know? I give not a single damn about Chaos, not really anyway, lol! And my opinion is: bla bla bla :3
It is important to see all sides of a setting in my opinion so knowledge gained can help one write a faction to aid in it keeping the immersion of a settings. its possibly technically may not be chaos since its likely how some of the imperial church can combat daemons with Banishers or how sorritas can have miracles or acts of faith or how some paranormal events arounds the imperium occur like stratues of the empires weeping occasionally tears that are then used in some type of weapon and also aid in giving reason to why each faction does what and why.
Of course is all side information important, but it doesn't mean that I should obsess about WH40k to a point where I understand it better than RL. Especially not now anymore Plus many things are not even freakin' declared in the lore and are just hinted it. Farsight's Dawnblade being the prime example of such thing. Or the Space Wolves' 'Shaman Powers', for all we know it actually is just warp power even if the Space Wolves believe it is actually ritualistic shaman nature power stuffz. Because we know from the Tau a rather ignorant perspective to the warp and to them a chaos sorcerer and a space wolf doing their magicks it would pretty much be the same thing. Either way. I know I don't read codices, I know you lot poke fun at me all the time for it. But hey, at least I am willing to learn, listen and understand, alright? So at least a 'congrats' rather than that slap in my face would had been nice, lol. Especially considering it was a mere coincidence that I found it because I looked up Magnus' usually wielded weapon. For those whom it interests: It's a massive chain weapon in the shape of a Khopesh.
