Well I discovered a lovely little piece of depressing artwork It's called Father and Son and I'm tempted to craft a character using it as inspiration.
They are taking cover...behind a window? Fuck me, nothing is getting past them! Plot-twist: Demetrius is his son.
Yeah it's the father visiting his son's grave, he was on the opposite side of the planet when it happened and all he can do now is morn his son and get back to war. Feel it would be intresting to play a character like that you know weathered by war but still standing and he doesn't know why. Also the guy that made that one also did some pretty good work for the Death Korps of Krieg too. Not entirely accurate but cool as hell.
I`ve seen them. Artwork satisfy my snack-cravings for grimdark.But I must say he did a pretty awesome job on armors. Very detailed.
So I know I spoke of starting a new Original Chapter RP with either the Iron Warriors or the Word Bearers. That being about a section or company that remained loyal to the Imperium and thereby was made its own chapter after the HH...But I had thought about it more and wondered if that is what people wanted? Another thought that had crossed my mind, and would challenge me as a GM (which I like), would be an Original Warband RP for orks or an Original 'Exodities or Craftworld' (or maybe someone could point out something better to go with the idea than Exodities or Craftworld as my Eldar knowledge is somewhat limited). With either of these races I have little knowledge, but have been reading up to help, which also is part of the reason I would like to try it if people want it. Either way, it would take some time as I like to plan things out, but just wanted to hear any feed back, desires, or comments on the topic. P.S. - My Ork slang talk sucks lol. Another thing I shall have to work on if that is what the people want...May even do a Tau thing as a third option, but would have no clue how to work it in an Original Chapter type of way.
