Has anyone tried a sort of historical RP? Specifically involving one of the world wars?

I'd be fucking down for some world war I RP.

I actually am the proud owner of a Sherman RP for WWII, haven't looked at the book yet.

The actual name of the manual is "Firefly: A Challenging Game of World War II" from 1987. Supposedly it's mirrored off the game Challenger for TT and covers American, Commonwealth, Czechoslovakian, French, Belgian, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Polish, and Russian militaries.

Just browsing over briefly the table for ballistics, it's very in depth and would be a good basis to turn into a RP styled one for any WWII lovers except it deals with IRL conversions so the ranges on vehicle weaponry are in the 7000-40000 m range and includes artillery field guns. They basically thought of everything lol.

I would love to see Trump as president in some sort of alternate reality. Just to see what happens. But in ours, not sure about it.
Still not sure about Clinton, she worked with Obama, so she can not be that bad, can she? Sanders would probably be more interesting.

At some point someone tried to do a star ship RP. It did not start, but I liked the idea.
There also was some sort of superhero RP, which died to not enough activity? I would be interested to give it another try (had an idea regarding that some days ago. I would probably run into problems with the time shift and the amount of time needed, but who cares.
