    I would say personally 2, not counting minions. So @Casavay despite having a minion only has 1 character so far ;)

    As minions yes. Player Character only if sentient enough. I don't want a walking corpse if he ain't can talk. Abominations, as in what?

    As said. As long as they are sentient and can communicate I am fine with it. I just don't want brainless stuff run around as PC, if they cannot even think ^^
