Btw this is something I was told during one of my old rp's that is impossible to be done that easily, when I tried to fuck a spirit stone up. I did see your previous post when you wrote you shattered it and it was fine, but don't try to push it that much since that part of the lore is not really clear, which might open a whole load of crap to come piling in. http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Spirit_Stone tl;dr - you can't destroy a spirit stone without causing major shit.
colapse is right you need i belive a psycher to destroy a spirit stone but in fact that is only to remove the soul the stones themselves just become dormant, there are a couple of exceptions for this ie tyranids can eat them
I disagree - what if a Greater Daemon of Slaanesh finds himself a pile of Spirit Stones and begins sucking them dry? Would he be killed by a backlash? Don't think so.
I find the hanar way of talking oddly fitting for a Korpsman... Regarding Soul Stones, I know opinion isn't worth a damn but I think they're really really hard to break - maybe unbreakable by most things - but not entirely invincible even without psykery shenanigans. After all, the Eldar put them on damn near everything, and if they broke like glass, that'd be bad. Just my opinion.
Well, it all aplys wether you belive in goto or Mcneil Since when they are destroyed in Angel exterminatus, its more like eternally sad dust thats drive slannesh followers in to a mayham of euphoria. But not really weapon destryingy like GOTO wrote it. Im on the Mcneil side. Where a marine can crush it in his fist Edit: also to support Colapse here, Fulgrim absorbed several hundred spirit stones through ritalistic wounds, and though it pained him a bit, that was more from being stabbed with an anathema, since his power grew super much, since he took it for himself instead of giving it to slannesh, then he also tried to take purtorabos power, but to sum it up, Purturabo killed Fulgrims original body.
