There is no need for such an affectation amongst the Eldar. For a Space Marine to call upon another as "brother" he does so to emphasize their unique bond: to recall that night they spent together on Risa. It distinguishes their relationship, from how they relate to other humans, and of course to xenos. To the Eldar, we really only acknowledge other Eldar as being things worth talking to - so the designation works the other way around for us. You're all Mon'keigh, or Greenskins, or assorted Xenos - if we deign to address a comment in your direction, we distinguish our comment with the suitable diminutive. The rest of the time, when Eldar speak to other Eldar, it's unnecessary to acknowledge our shared superiority to all other life in the galaxy - that just goes without saying
The REAL reason I want Eldar in-game right now is for that we can move on and go to things that really matter, like Orks, Space Wolves, PvE, Iron Warriors, etc.
