The pokkit rokkit isn't as bad as everyone thinks.

I try to use the bloody thing, I bloody try.
But most of times, it's simply better to get in melee rather than wasting time charging shots.

It also has the annoying as zog feature of stopping prefiring the shot whenever you get close to cover, so u can't efficiently peack from behind a corner.

When it still could fire without charging, it was totally fine due to reload times and not OHK capability.
Now, even with the golden version with shorter prefire time, is one hella of a gimmick.

I actually like the six shoota. As far as pistols go I think it has the largest spike damage than all the others. Because of the semi-auto fast fire rate, you can burn all six shots SUPER quick( less than 1 second for all six I believe). I use it on my shoota boy as my pistol of choice since I can dump all 6 shots in the span of a dbash(god willing I get one). It definitely does less over all and per clip, but in terms of DPS in an extremely short timespan, it be better. Slab slugga might be close, but I think six shoota is more reliable during a brawl.

Now if I'm using like a rokkit launcha, I'd go with electrified slugga or something for sure to cover my long range combat better, but as a melee holdout weapon, it's got the highest chance to unload all its potential damage mid melee fight.

Dakka slugga, sparky slugga, and zip slugga all out dmg six shootas.

Within a 1 second time frame? I'm not so sure, I'd have to do the math. Overall DPS, you're correct, definitely.

Yes they all are more reliable. Each of them can kill a guy with a clip. The six shoota cannot. Meaning you HAVE to get a melee in to use a six shoota whereas the others are capable stand alone guns.

If the six shoota could reliably headshot, then it'd be pretty damn good. However, there's not a chance in hell of that happening as it would be completely un-orky.

You can do it...just stand still and do the aim down the sights. Then hope your opponent also stands still.

That's why I always pair it with a regular shoota/big shoota, so it doesn't have to be used in any other time but melee. For other classes like painboy I'd definitely go with an electrified slugga or something.

The six shoota has less than half the damage of the normal slugga and less damage per shot than the smart slugga, as well as one less shot to use. I feel it'd be more effective with more damage but with like the 33 per shot it does compared to the- 50 of the smart slugga or 70 of the normal slugga makes it kind of pointless? If you can manage it, the one shot slugga is good for sniping on stormboyz i hear.
  10. The one-shot slugga is fun to deliver the final blow to wounded enemies. I tried it today and I killed a surprising number of marines.
