Arnock cared little for what the others were going to do as he was more than a little frustrated by the recent occurrences. He would not let a tournament happen without representation from Fulgrim's sons. He left and headed for Macragge's Honor. The standard of the III Legion would fly and show that the Emperor's Children feared no challenge. He would show the meaning of perfect, even if he had to team up with the sons of Guilliman.
Caphen turned to the Destroyee who stood before him still with his cocky arrogant smile. He managed to return one in kind deciding their was no point in showing anger to a brainless aatartes such as Denatus. "The arena is a place for true warriors and combatants. I fear the likes of a destroyer are not well suited for such a task. Perhaps you should join the squad excercise seeing as you are a brilliant tactician always knowing what we SHOULD have done." Caphen smiled and chuckled to himself, he actually did find Denatus quite amusing. If only he wasn't such a fool. "Go show he Ultramarines how well you follow orders. I am sure they will appreciate your tactics." With that the Chemosian rejoined Isaiah who was now one of his best companions. "Come brother, let us join the arena and show the other Legion's our skill and worth." The Chemosian's confidence and pride appeared to have returned. But the more observant of the squad could not help but feel as if all was not well.
"There is little reason for squad cohersion exercises when we all not go at once, and i am sure there are ultramarined on the conqueror willing to talk about psychic Alpha strikes and xeno mercy. And dont fear, i we match up i Will go easy on you, im sure you Can learn alot from the sidelines afterwards" Denatus just answered the wannabe sergeandt, it was not beyond his power to make Denatus vote good for his rank acention, but he showed little romorse over his past failings
"Must he bring dishonor to everything?" Caphen asked Isaiah speaking of such ridiculous things as a destroyer partaking in honorable arena combat.
Golden Eagle @matt23 | Pausing in mid-swing when Valarion continued speaking Hadrian listened to the options presented. Anything involving the World Eaters would be far too barbaric, too uncivilized. Similarly, whilst Hadrian was descended from noble blood, philosophy and the study of the arts had never been something that interested him. The team-based action though sounded interesting, a good way to ascertain who among them could earn the trust of the others and claim leadership. Davian had fallen into line behind both Arnock and Hadrian, quietly hoisting along heavy bolter and listening in on them while keeping any thoughts to himself. It would be nice to get some proper training in with his brothers after the mess their last deployment had been, not to mention maybe establish some actual connections seeing as thus far he knew more about his gun rather than his own kin under Fulgrim.
Theo, frowned under his helmet as he saw the others fighting, As he heard the captain lash back at Elijah he knew there was some truth in his words. Theo didn't know if Rylanor was alive, he hoped to hear from one of the others or possibly his own his state. As he saw his brother begin to fight he began to wonder if they would stay as a squad or be separate after the next mission. As he saw his brothers fight he saw some truth, He heard his brothers fight with words against each other as if they were from separate companies, He wondered for a moment if he should join the others to Macragges honors, or Denatus with combat at tournament, or Elijah at the Photep learning a bit about the librarian debate could prove interesting. But before all of that, He decided to go and see what happened to the fate of Rylanor. @Colapse "Captain, Could I ask you what happend to Champion Rylanor, The damage to his body was grave and the work we did to keep him alive was our best. Can I ask what is his condition?" Theo asked. He wanted to know what happend to Rylanor after his mission the most he knew was he was taken to a medical tank to be looked at by his seniors..

"I do not think that he meant ill towards the Legion by defying you - and while I support you, Brother, I believe you only weaken yourself by indulging hatred." Of course, it was ironic for him to say that, because, as Isaiah was well aware, were their positions reversed, he would likely have challenged the Destroyer to a duel for honour. "Think instead of the glorious combat ahead of us!", he exclaimed with youthful excitement, his eyes widening and face moving to give him an expression of genuine glee and anticipation. "So many warriors of so many Legions, colliding in glorious melee battle!"
"I know what you say is true brother. And I wish to make amends with the others. But my pride shall not allow such a thing. I refuse to grovel." Caphen said pridefully. Well aware Isaiah was right. His tenure as sergeant would soon come to an end unless he did the very thing he despised. Swallow his pride and grovel.
