How about gretchin :D like how the eldar have a choice for male n female maybe a choice to be a grot?
  2. No 'un wants ta be a grot! Grot don't got 'ork' in da name, so dey iz unorky!
  3. Here is my expectations for Ork characters:
Normal classes: Ork Boyz (With options for Shootas, Sluggas, Burnas, Big Shootas, Rokkit Launchas and a lot more, like Kommando and 'Eavy Armour stuff) as Tacticals, Ork Lootaz (With options to snazz out your Deffgun) as Heavies, Ork Stormboyz (who work much like Boyz, but with smaller weapon and moar choppy) as Assaults and Ork Painboyz as Medics.

Elite Classes: Meganobz as Terminator-equevilant, Flashgitz (as a hyper-costumizable Heavy-equevilant), Meks (Powerful guns, repair-gear and other FUN* stuff), of course the Cyborks we have now seen as raging bezerkers and most important, asorted Nobz for the different classes.

Characteres: Big Meks (with BIG freakin' gear and vehicles) Warbosses (or equivelant), Weirdboyz (ZAP MUTHAFUCKAS) and Kaptins (if they are in, I expect not), you know, unique stuff.

What do you guys feel about it?

Corey, you's can carry all me stuff in da WAAAGH, ya grot. (No seriously, I don't think there will be playable grots. More like companions if anything)

The Wise Dane (En anden Dansker, hehe) Well, that surely sounds like the thing you stated in your other thread. That it would be better to have less individual classes, but less classes and broad kustimization. I like that idea.

I think I misunderstood Classes. This is also abit about the Rogue Trader. So i heard somewhere, that the things you buy in the Rogue Trader will be purely cosmetic. Very cool, then I can run around Arkhona as a hulking Cybork! I was looking at the Cybork desc and found this "Can only be manifested at times" Would this mean that i can run around as a Cybork until i'm killed and then i'll revert back to whatever I was before? Since I believe Mega Nobz will also be Elite classes (Also Terminators) So you can pop in Mega Armor every now and then when you can afford? I thought that if you bought the Cybork, he would be your permanent character hence the things you buy in the Rogue Trader are "Purely Cosmetic" So will we need to spawn in Terminators, Meganobz, Cyborks, Heroes and every Elite class for RP?

Yup, most things in the Rogue Trader are "Purely Cosmetic", with the exception of Elites, Heroes and vehicles (so far).

So when you say yes, do you mean that everything i said was right? Hopefully not.
  8. From my understanding you don't have any permanent class. Rather you can go to areas to change your class at any time and each one levels separately. The hero and elite classes each cost rp to spawn as and have cool downs because they're more powerful than the normal classes, all players (other than f2p) have access to these and the rt store just gives you a few more but neither is really stronger than the normal elite/heros, just different.

So, has there been any talk of support classes being able to spec into meks? I'm just wondering, since Meks in TT are regular dudes, while painboyz are HQ, so it would be odd to see tons of HQ's and then pay req to be a regular mek...

If not, I'll have to settle for being the FLASHIEST GIT!

Guess i really misunderstood this whole system then. Thought it was permanent characters. Must say i don't quite like this. So you'll oddly enough just appear as a Cybork or Chaos Terminator or as a Meganob from time to time if you can afford it. Doesen't sound right.
