It's cool. I take no offence, it was to be decided by vote after all. And as I am running an Eldar RPG, I could probably accommodate a new player or two if they felt the need for some Space Elf action We are at quite a good point to do it, too.
Question for those that know space elf lore what would ynneads birth mean for the eldar? Besides a possible solution to slannesh could that mean a birth of a new shrine/new path for eldar to take? Also if we go word bearers think we can have the chapters theme be related to the sun and be on a constant crusade like those black templar?
Heheh possibly The Blazing Suns Maybe we can pickup some reedemtionists and sorritas to crusade with us if we make it that far. If we go word bearers route I might go chapter champion or apothecary instead of chaplain since I had a different plan with a thousand son chaplain.
I think Uriel was planning to take that up with earlier posts indication s. Though it makes me wonder can we add a load of braziers and lumens to ourselfs to give off a appearance we are bearing the suns light?
I guess we'll see who gets what when we actually decide nothing is really set instance yet other than we're doing space marines. Also maybe we could just have some flaming crowns and torches attached to our armor burning holy promethium.
Think some marines have lalanterns on there back in some art depictions. Hmmm maybe we could become buddies with the ordo heretics and ultramarines to help Hunt down traitors
I already said I am gonna grab the Chaplain if we go WB! STOP TAKING MY POSITIONS! XD I only played one chaplain ever and he was more NPC than actual character, why you continue to destroy my dreams? :'( We will tell you once it's happens. Given Ynnead is kind of supposed to be born when all Eldar are dead since he is the accumulation of their souls and all that and he should then be strong enough to destroy Slaanesh.... So yeah, who knows what is ACTUALLY going to happen, considering the Rhana Dandra also has to happen in which pretty much every Eldar ever dies (especially Phoenix Lords) Soooo just wait till the lore gets there, given WH40k is now entering the end times it surely will be interesting to see.
