<Gladius Tiberion> The Scion dutifully handed his canteen to Lorelei as soon as she asked. He made to salute at the same time before remembering he didn't have an arm there any more. "Here you are ma'am."
"Thank you, Tiberion." While awaiting a reply form the Admiral, Lorelei tilted her head sideways, held her eye open and poured a portion of its contents onto it, to wash any residual bile out of it, repeating the process with the other eye slowly. When she was done, she gave it back to him with her own prosthetic arm. Without regard for the Admiral listening in, she said "You won't notice the difference, I promise", to the Shark.
"Lady Marburg!" The admiral recognized her voice as they had briefly met before when the Ordo Malleus force initially arrived. "I hope you are all well and God-Emperor bless you all. While you succeeded in your matter there, I fear we just found an incoming Alien force. The signature is to something I have never heard or seen about, but it seems that in the database it fits with the technology of the Rak'Gol. In fact they have used the warp activity apparently to hide from our sensors until now. They will reach our position in three hours." The Admiral's voice was filled with fear. Probably due to the fact he did not know how to fight them and the fearsome stories that filled the Imperial Navy academies recently, especially in these areas. If Kirsten would look at Konrad for advice, he only shook his head. 'This is not our business. We kill Daemons, not Aliens.' Is what he probably would say, would he not busy laying on the floor to recover for a bit. There was no hurry as of yet. OOC: Feel free to interact with one another as you like/need. <Gladius Tiberion> He took the canteen back and pulled the sleeve off, revealing his bionic arm. "Aye ma'am, I know that all too well. Is there anything else you need?"
Sicarius stood by the Inquisitor, and at his words about leaving the Xenos to Deathwatch and their Ordo, he would nodded silently, agreeing with the puritan thoughts of Konrad, at least in regards to this matter.
A slight chuckle of surprise escaped her lips. "Oh, I must've forgotten. I apologize, Tiberion." OOC: There be High Gothic from here on out "And to you, Admiral", she began, shifting tones and languages within the second, "my master disallows it. We are the Order of the Hammer, and while a Hammer can indeed bludgeon Aliens, there is an Order literally named Order of the Alien. You should, to be frank, ask those."
<Gladius Tiberion> He nodded his head and saluted once more. "No need to apologize ma'am. Lost it saving a relative of yours actually, real nice chap, made sure I got a really good replacement."
There was only silence for a minute or two. "Understood, Lady Marburg. Good Hunting. May His Eminence bless your future." The admiral said with the most confidence and false honesty he could before cutting the Vox Lines. Outside the Ordo Malleus troops could see the Imperial Navy regrouping their forces. Konrad slowly rose back to his feet, having rested enough. He walked with his broken arm hanging low for the exit. "We are leaving. Now." He ordered and the group made for the breaching through which their ship had connected initially. Once back on the Ordo Malleus ship, Konrad got treated right on the bridge, not letting himself get pulled away from duty due to some wounds. "Set coordinates for Titan, straight for the Broadsword Station." ~~ Several Weeks Later - Orbit of Titan ~~ After having purged the orbit of Kalaidos and hunted the daemon remnants of the Nurglite, Konrad spent most of his time researching on various dangers and doing politics by sending a dozen letters out an everyday, having them proof-read by Lorelei each time. The Grey Knights in the meanwhile were to train, learn and specialize further on Titan as they were among their brethren once more and were also introduced to Brothers Gregor and Octavir Telion. Gladius received new gear on the Broadsword Station. While Lorelei gained more knowledge in the theories of Daemonology and banishment under Father Dio Iustus Fraunclin. Eventually his politics finally got them a new target. And so he gathered his crew on-board the Gloria Perfectus. A ship that was always handed down from Marburg to Marburg, repaired from a ship that was as old as the Great Crusade, once a wreck in a graveyard of ships - restored to it's former glory and a gift from the High Lords to the very first Marburg Inquisitor for the destruction of a Daemon Prince. Among the guests were also the new retinue additions. "Most of you know each other. However let me introduce the newcomers to each of you. Octavir Telion and Gregor are brothers of the Grey Knights which had been deemed eligible for our delegation and our next mission. Father Dio Iustus Fraunclin joins us with his expertise as a Banisher. And we are also expecting a Techsorcist to join us shortly, I believe he is setting up his laboratory. But he will get a report of the briefing." Konrad gestured the group in front of him to each other before projecting on the giant version of a holo-desk (as they were bigger at times of the Great Crusade) their target. "We are going to Golgotha. The Black Templar finally managed to destroy the majority of Orks. However, I received a personal request from High Marshal Helbrecht himself that something is wrong. The Crusade that Marshal Actoan led went fine until a few weeks ago. The reports devolved. First from High Gothic to Low Gothic. Then codes and names wrong. Until this which came in just a couple of hours ago...." An audio-only message played from the Holo-Desk. "So how can the most zealous of all Space Marines, besides the Grey Knights, suddenly turn into Orkish monsters? The Adeptus Mechanicus had marked a possible Necrontyr city or outpost, but I believe at this point that it actually is a prison of necrontyr design that kept a warp entity within. Be prepared to meet mutated Astartes, daemons, aliens and all sort of creatures. Furthermore. You are under confidentials of whatever we are going to see or experience. No word will leave any of your lips regards what we are going to learn on Golgotha. No Word at all." OOC: Combat Sicarius stood by the Inquisitor, listening to his instructions. Of course it was a silent mission, but then again, who else would the Grey Knight tell even if he was more radical in his belief? Which he was not anyways.
OOC: If a hot shot long-las is a thing I want one of those with all the accoutrements, or a high-powered solid shot one, basically I want the most powerful sniper rifle you'll let me have. He was an orphan, raised by the Schola Progenium and this was his life. He would die before he would unveil Inquisition secrets, the very idea of speaking of them unfathomable to his mind, save for the comprehension of serving the Emperor's justice to those who do. These Templars speaking like Orks was strange though, he'd never seen anything like it. He stood at attention right behind Lorelei, ready to receive orders as necessary.
