Oh, fun story about going tank-hunting. If you sneak up on a Predator, and stand close enough behind it, none of the gunners can see you. Sometimes I see the top turret swivel around to look for a threat after I hit it with a Fusion Pistol, and it kinda twitches left and right, then turns back around and resumes firing at what it was shooting at before.

Your use of bold, italics and underlines all at the same time to put emphasis on the fact that you really think that the meltagun is perfectly fine without actually getting the point of why the meltagun is not in a good place was also quite entertaining. Finally your misdirection and wholehearted and heartfelt attempts to make this all about the Orks rather than the subject being discussed was very impressive and I would nominate you for the MGIDF award for that performance. Actually, I usually die trying that, because eventually a Tactical guy notices me standing behind his buddy's tank with a fusion pistol in my hand and starts shooting me. So I run out to melee him to death, the tank spots me, and then it's game over since I'm now in the turret's line of sight. I do manage to get about 25 to 50% of the Predator's HP off before someone notices I exist though. However, I've only tried it with a Warlock thus far, maybe a Fire Dragon's Fusion Gun would be more effective than the Fusion Pistol.
You realize every person forced to gaurd a transport is one less person attacking objectives. So on a map like maggon a single player can force like 4 to 5 to stay back and lose points playing babysitter while the cap is easily defended by a menagerie of heavies with jump support. Current system royaly screws attackers if the defense has a melta variant of any kind. Your 15 second respawn to walk even 100 feet is nl where near as long as the redploy, get transport from main base, drive half way across map, watch it explode due to a melta hiding in the rocks that no one saw cause he didnt give hjs position away. Btw an ork trukk is screwed if you ram a rhino into it. Our ability to kill your transport as orks is not fast enough to stop you just respawning and rushing the transport again. Especially if the ork crew on the trukk didnt go tons of points into AV and spent them on being effective at capping or AI.
