This is server part issue. For russian players a problem with hit registration is not new. This is true not only for bolter but the rest of the weapons.
I'm glad it's not just me, I thought they'd nerfed the Bolter and plasma gun, I was firing shot after shot into people and they were having no effect! I couldn't even finish off a downed player with the Bolter. Very frustrating!
yea happend to me quite often, seemed to happen a lot mroe against dev/havoks than any other class for some reason
yeah it drove me nuts shooting 15 bolts on a sorc who stood still posoining me across the building...i died -_-..tears were shed...life seemed unappealing to me... it was not on torias alone, that happened on blackbolt...this better not be a nerf..
It's not just the Bolter, it's everything. It's melee weapons, it's any weapon. Teleporting players, players teleporting though your charcter or vice versa. There's something going on with the servers I think that effects everything.
heavy bolter does not show bullet path correctly. You don't have less spread while shooting mounted and scoped in reality but it shows you that you do.
