Hi everybody, just thought I'd throw this up here in case you guys hadn't seen it before - among other people two of my old bosses from Funcom are heading up this project and they're both ace dudes. The Mandate is a ship & crew simulator/RPG in a very cool universe that feels a bit 40k-inspired.

already noticed very promising.

It has a great appeal a homeworld 2 look to it, but i will be throwing my money on warhammer 40k eternal crusade though.

Dem graphics...and a big promise of giant spaceship battles in orbit over a planet has already gotten me hyped.

Yes and the first homeworld, homeworld 2 was great and really a lot of fun, i listen to their ost´s from time to time as well.

The game had an ethnic vibe to it with the choice of songs, but it was damn interesting and well though out.

I got a copy of it right beside me.

gaming cult classic as well as Ground Control and its follow up.

Vaygr were hard to play for me.
