Greetings to everybody, I'm the fallen angel Zahariel13 of the Dark Angels, and if you want to know who I really am, I suggest reading the books "Descent of Angels" and "Fallen Angels" of the Horus Heresy series. I got into Warhammer 40k through the Dawn of War series, since I was a big RTS fan, but I really got into the lore about 3 years ago and kept looking ahead. Since the Rts games gave me a little introduction to the universe, I started to search for more knowledge, and found the wikia page. From there I spent a whole night absorbing info about the Imperium and Chaos, and after that I really wanted to check out the Horus Heresy books. After I read the first unholy trilogy, I was sold and kept reading. On the gaming side, when Thq's Space Marine came out, I enjoyed it really much, and felt much more immersed because of the knowledge I learnt before playing. Dark Millenium was a roller coaster of excitement and disappointment to me. Eternal Crusade really brought back hope for me in an MMO set in the Warhammer 40k universe. As I'm writing this, today I saw the "Meet the Team - Part II" video and from the pre-alpha footage I understood that a dream is coming true. Keep up the good work, guys!
Its nice to have you here. Welcome brother! I'm new myself! About the video, it warms my heart. Our dreams might come true indeed. But the pre-alpha footage looked to much like the Space Marine game to me. But its nice to see some ingame-footage.
