I'm pretty confident we'll be well able to clearly differentiate one klan from another. As stated by fellow Ork Skull Splitta, klans will likely be pretty recognizable because of certain klan specific parts like da Bad Moonz having very shiney gear and Evil Sunz being bloody red colored which is always pretty distinctive. Concerning the Goffs and the Deathskullz, it might be a bit harder to recognize one from another because of the colors being less different then others. But I think this will be resolved by bits of armor being added on them, which makes the colors appear more clear from a distance.
Thats pretty adequate, if the Death Skulls keep their warpaint thing going on that is. The others are pretty distinct since the colors differ nicely, though why allot of artwork still leaves their armor in uncolored grey is weird to me.

I'm certain Deff Skullz will have a lot of paint on them at all times. They believe it brings them good luck.
I've personally never had a problem identifying orks so I don't generally get the problem the OP has. Not saying it isn't an issue for some people...but I'd assume they're just unused to the different ork clans from a lack of lore knowledge. It's easy to figure out and get used to who is who, especially in a video game where you'll quickly get used to what characters tend to use over others.
Im am not lacking in Ork lore, my assumption comes from the majority of artwork depicting them showing their armor bitz basically colored grey, red or brown. Type Warhammer Orks in google if you wanna be assured further. If all the Orks clans are nicely differed from one another as shown in the pictures Jolpo posted the issue is null and void. If they all look like the ones from google, with a single tattoo on their left asscheek to differ them from another, then we have a problem.
