having played both you kinda have more survivability 1v1 as an apoth, with good kiting skills you can live longer than a sorc, im notably terrible with sorc btw but it feels that if you are alone you ARE going to die with little to do to prevent it, i know your not meant to be solo but sometimes you get stuck in that position
  3. without a battle brother all are doomed DOOMED!
  4. well i think you have got the more skilled (maybe) players playing the chaos faction to not have to wait 8mins or so to get into a game.
  5. Tis partly that, however queue time is not the only reason. In my experience of online gaming a lot of skilled players prefer teaming up with voice chat and playing on the "under dog" side, which Chaos very much is from a numbers stand point. Back on Warhammer Online the Order players on my server were massively outnumbered, but we had several clans that were very highly organised and worked with each other, so we actually won a lot more than we lost.

Unfortunately in Eternal Crusade outnumbering your opponents is way more effective, for example I have just spent about 5 hours playing as CSM with only 1 or 2 wins because the vast majority of the games had about 1 CSM for every 2-3 LSM players (plus there was a full squad of PG on the larger side just to add insult to injury)!

Also as a side note most of the players that I have found that are planning to play Eldar are currently on CSM and we all know the space elves have to be good making up for their lack of numbers by using organisation, co-ordination and speed to achieve their goals!

To put it simply regardless of which faction you play you are very likely to have a crap time if you are not making full use of the shiny new war party system!

I just wanted to say that reading through this entire thread gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling inside. You loyalists aren't such a bad bunch after all. ;)
