    Funny thing is with a 40K MMO (and a Fantasy MMO for that matter) is Games Workshop have already done a large amount of the balancing work for who ever makes the MMO, if they follow army books rules, job done :)

    Depends on the genre. You could make an absolute verbatim version of the game. When you make things happen in real time though, it does start to break down.
