If all the super duper pros are hopping on Orks according to you why make a thread asking if Orks are overpowered and asking if they aren't doing too well?
Well since posting I just went 10-0 as Orks. A straight sweep for campaign contribution. A couple of those matches were against clans with pug fillers against our supposed pure "pug". My guess is it must be because there's alot of experienced players playing Orks right know as well as clan teams from other factions.
Well can't you see, They have more than 50% territories control against LSM... ho wait you're looking at Ork/Eldar one. Boooarf they let them won. /s
Keep in mind that people jumping to play Ork is not all the pros and vets, a lot of newbies are rolling in as well. I think this is a good way to test the "balance as if they're LSM" (regarding the population).
Its time for loyalists to create countless thread "Orks OP", "when you will finally nerf Orks" like they do about eldar.
I still don't see the problem. If this a campaign only for Orks only Ork players are extra motivated to win. I know I'd really like 5000 RTC or whatever the reward is. We don't all have 100K plus just sitting around gathering dust.
Ork weapons more eldary than orky for sure. They are deadly accurate. I think the devs mixed up a little in the lore part.
no mate every weapon of every faction works better in single shot mode , orks , eldars and all the bolters In that regard they are pretty much all the same. ( lols even the 3 round burst bolter pistols fire faster in single shot mode with less recoil than in 3 round burst mode) Aimed shots and short bursts all the way. it would be very uncool if the 1st shot of a weapon on an ork player would miss . might be fluff correct but it would make playing a videogame unpleasant if not downright F'd up for the ork player and we play games to have fun and rek scrubs . not to be annoyed by auto missing weaponry . And the campaign ... i think its very strange that only orks got one. And they get a cosmetic when they win , so obviously everyone ( even git-gud yeah i saw you in that game ) is gonna be going to orks for the free shoulder pad, and when everyone is grinding shoulder pads on the orks side , who will be left to fight them ? Not very many thats for sure.
