Eldar tech >>>>> Tau tech, everyday. D-Cannon > Everything.

so if you misunderstood I was speaking to the ork if i was negotiating with a more intelligent species such as the wise Eldar i would show more repect to such you and your kin.
  4. on our worlds your 'respect' is shown quite clearly when you attempt to slaughter our young and burn our crops

Im pretty sure a smart race as yours would rather use a real gun than some piece of trash that only works because a Ork thinks it does.
And,for a race that shares our concern with the preservation of its kin,one would think you would be more interested in our Drones.
  6. I hate the damn D-Cannon...
  7. The D-Cannon isn't too fond of you, either.

  8. why wouldn't I use a shoota over a pulse gun? easy to clean and maintain and makes a fulfilling 'dakka' sound when it puts a reliable chunk of metal into your brain.

That comes from preference though I think I'd prefer something more reliable than a slugthrower that is quite literally held together with rusty nails and hope.

On the topic of D-Cannons, I do enjoy them but unfortunately all non-superheavy D-weapons are just impractical. Well...aside from Wraithguard's weapons but those are just awesome rifles.

Are you hating them because of what they do or because of what they can't do?

Wraithguards strike me as being too short ranged and slow to be effective with their guns, unless they have a smart general behind them.

But putting my Firewarrior helmet on, you can call me the disgruntled Shas'ui on the negotiating table.
Why throw in with the Eldar? They're manipulative, spiteful and the minute they decide that you're not useful (let alone even slightly inhibitive) they'll turn on you in a second. I'll probably be turning to the Adeptus Astartes as my favoured battle brothers. At least the less xenophobic chapters know how to keep a good friendship.
