Tau are sadly going to get eaten by Tyranids probably or get exterminated for the sin of being in Matt Ward side of the galaxy with the Ultramarines

Well, Tau is not that bad of a race tbh ^^ Personally, I really like their combat style and the way they operate. Its like if you mix communism with the Tao xD And a bit chinese armor looks X) Tbh, the Tau is way better idea-wise then Dark Eldar for example, who are just psychopath killers ^^;
Tau is the best possible future for the galaxy, they cant by infected by chaos, they do not destroy worlds and race's but they take them and integread with there Empire, There are very diplomatic. It would be a shame really if the Tyranides destroy them. But i Think ther too good to be destroyed
Well, they already bitchslapped a full tyranid hive fleet (Behemoth if I'm not mistaken) So they are not in a bad position ^^ Plus, it would be a shame if they were written off as an extinct race, since they are only positive thinkers in that bloody grimderp galaxy, where everybody and their grandma is at each others throat XD Seriously... Tau and Eldar are the only sane races in this game world... humans, chaos, dark eldar, ect. are all either insane, bent on destructing everything, mutated, turned inside-out, crazy, high-o-mighty, fanatic and so on ^^; No wonder Tau and Eldar are my fave races x)
Yup they are the youngest race and have some of the most advanced defense systems in galaxy, and they did kill(beat since they cant be kill and regenerate over time) the tyranid Hive Fleet, si they are here to stay.

To some extent, I agree, they can be genocidal. However, each race has its genocidal moments (I think so far Tau is the only exeption... ?). The human empire is known for exterminating full planets of a hive worlds or other if it refuses to get under the Imperial banner. Also, Exterminatus. Eldar only doing it to save a future catastrophy that would wipe a craftwold, exodite or maiden world. And when you have only 1/10 of your former population, you do everything in your power to keep them alive. Chaos dooms whole systems notoriusly. Orks... well, they speak for themselves with their Waaaaagh ^^ Dark eldar enslave whole sectors sometimes, Necrons strip life totally from planets, same for Tyranids, they just nom-nom things instead of burning it to the ground XD The Eldar? So far, I think if we dont take it literally, the Eldar themselves usually dont intervene, they use puppets (usually an Ork Waaagh, pulling some strings to make a planet rebel against the Empire, fool the Chaos to do their bidding... actually most of the time its not they who do the killing Prime example: the war of Armageddon ^^ They just killed some rival Ork warlord, so Gazhkhull Thraka and his "little" Waaagh started to invade the world of Armageddon, thus saving an eldar world from destruction =) Lets be honest here... if you were to chose, I bet you'd chose to save your own people and wont care how it is done.
