The Greater Good Will Stand With You, Noble Eldar...

  1. *Looks angry as she walks up* Watch your tongue fool or I will beat you the way you deserve for being so rude to one who comes forward as an ally. I know not what craft world you come from but I will not stand by idly and watch you be so callous to one who comes to us in good faith. As an Exodite yes we are taught of the folly of our own past and to learn that should we repeat the sins of our fore fathers we are no better than them. *She turns to the Tau* I am sorry about the way you have been treated. Please feel free to feel welcome here as a friend of the Eldar so long as your intentions are pure.

Fear not Noble Asheru, there are no hard feelings, for in all races there are those who look down on others who are different from them. It is unfortunately the way of the galaxy in this dark time. However we look forward to meeting and fighting besides those who are willing to work with us as equals. For cooperation between races and empires shows that even in these dark times, the light of trust and acceptance can shine through.
I think we can come to a mutually beneficial agreement between the Tau and Eldar.

The Young and Old shall stand as one.
  5. Come servants of Chaos we have a special fate in store for you... *She draws a pair of Banshee power swords*

Your delusional egalitarianism amuses, annoys, and grants me insight into the collective disease gripping your polity all at once. In one sense, your words bring to mind the rhythmic baying of herd animals grazing on a grazing on a grassy tor- a soothing pastoral scene. The notion that you think yourselves equal to all other creatures, let alone the Eldar, is a tiresome and woefully incorrect supposition. I do, however, understand the power of your silly and incoherent beliefs- the potential for control. Fool the masses into believing they serve an abstract concept and you might tread all over them it its name.

Really though... going to war with an army of such easily fooled sheep? It's down right irresponsible.
  8. That is enough, Corsair. We will let you serve the Craftworlds, and I agree with your notion that our civilisation stands supreme, but this goes too far.

As for you, noble Shas'o'Kias - Craftworld Keuartoc rejoices at the sight of such a wise individual. The Warhost will not harm you, for as long as it can be avoided - and I am certain that, with individuals such as yourself, it shall never come to that.

So I bid you welcome and well met, Shas'o'Kias of T'au. Isha's blessings upon your race, who shows some sense in this cosmos gone mad.

It's ideals of a greater good are misguided and foolish. A willful blind eye cast upon the existences of powers of which are far greater than any they have yet encountered. It is such powers that continue to nurture us in the embrace of knowledge that has been cast forth from the days long since past. Such knowledge will forever remain in haze, obscured from the view of those too young to notice that their single minded devotion to a specific concept is as narrow a view as the Humans.

  10. You truly are a fool. You cling to a past our people can no longer afford. Perhaps you have forgotten that it was our own foolishness that caused the Fall in the first place. I do not deny that in the past our people were at a peak and our mastery of the galaxy was beyond what any other race can ever hope to accomplish. But now we are scattered, fragmented and a mere shadow of what we once were. Alys can be few in far between in this cold cruel times and I embrace those who mean what they say and value the same ideals as we Exodites have.
