I'm pretty sure the game is actually in TickRate~ 30 like OW in the past.

I like it. Very zoomed out table top like experience where you see a bunch of little model looking characters.

Only for the commendation guys, otherwise there would just be too many on bigger maps. (dont forget we are still aiming for more player per map)

I'd take this showing us off at the bottom.

I think it would be cool if there was a little camera going around a tabletop version of the map with miniatures of our characters with our names and commendations carved at the base.

You can fit plenty. No matter the size. And how about the award winners are put in the front. Like those 6 in front of my linked picture.

Oh and only the winning team. The losers must look at the winners good looks.

good idea just very impractical at this stage of the game .. other things need to be concentrated on first imo

I want them to show the characters with the commendations on the winning team at the match over screen. Would be nice! People could see your pimped out character in all their glory that way, in the middle of battle it's so hard to tell people apart anyway.
