That would make more sense I believe, but then, I don't believe that commendations are that valuable.
You can get armor master after driving over singular dude and I got it multiple times that way.

I think its pointless requesting anything from the devs right now. They already have their work plan fully stacked for the next 3 months at least. I.e. fix the game, add items, add the campaign system and get us terminators
