I disagree ,i dont think that a trained imperial assasin can be on the same level as some SW failures.
To be fair the SW weren't on par. It took Ragnar going all plot device rage mode to kill the assassin. Also I think the high up officials behind the attack may have been inquisitors. Makes sense since there a bunch of super puritanical inquisitors that are super zealots and hate all things mutant. Plus there is the constant theme of inquisition vs SW going on in a good njmber of SW stories I have read.
Really!?Blood claws = (its not a callidus or whatever the assasin on Wolfblade was but its on the same level in my opinion)
Aren't we talking about the assasin from wolfblade? That guy was just toying with the SW gaurding the navigators if I remeber right.
It's been a few years since I've read Wolfblade but I vaguely remember there being a load of security systems and palace guards being everywhere along with the four Space Wolves, I can't actually remember if Assassin was a loose term or if it was an actual assassin
He seemed like a callidus with access to poisoned weapons. And if i remember correctly he had experience against astartes along weapons made to mess with astartes.
It was an assasin but I dunno if he was from the assasinarium or just from a privately funded/trained group belonging to a powerful lord/faction. Terra has all kinds of sneaky A holes and totally not legit stuff going down.
