I apologize, I haven't had an opportunity to post, but several of you have asked (through steam or other outlets), what happened with the War Watchers site? Unfortunately, it was a lot of unpredictable variables, that ultimately made it impossible to run. It started with me losing the contacts I had at Vigil, which was a sign of things to come, though no one was talking. The one contact I had at THQ, stopped communications all together, again...a sign of things to come. While that was going on, I had things in my life that I was dealing with, in addition to going through medic school. Ultimately, the site became collateral damage, and while it killed me to tear it down, a part of me was relieved that DMO failed to see light of day (heresy, I know). The site grew beyond anything I thought it would and became a chore to handle. I'm thankful for the staff I had, extremely eager and knowledgeable, and for the generous donations, from the great community. Ultimately, I was paying out of pocket to keep the site running. To be able to grow and mature the site, serious $$$ and time would be needed to be put into it, none of which I had. With that said, I'm glad to see the memory live on and familiar faces still around. It's a testament to the great community and to those that supported the site. I won't be a constant face here, but I will be around to poke in from time to time. -Timi
No one blames you Timi, to have done as much as you did with a game that only had 2 good trailers and a handful of interviews to go on is commendable. Although the joy derived from the miscarriage of DMO is suspiciously heretical. You'll be hearing from the Inquisition...
