Well its really up to you but I say alchemist given how flexible it can be so you can really work in how you want to play.
If you want to try to bring in Pierre from WHF, military knight would be a good way to go. If you want some variety, be an alchemist and have the elements at your command!
Alright, time for a water alchemist who knows how to kill people to disprove the stereotype that all they can do is heal. The empire better prepare for all the water in their soldiers bodies to be turned to steam.

Oh I intend for him to be focusing very much on the healing and more scientific aspects of water alchemy. The turning the water in peoples bodies into steam would just be his main offense ability to protect himself. After all I've decided hes going to be dressed like a plague doctor so having him running around slaughtering people with alchemy wouldn't fit his appearance very well. Malcolm Theodesius Horncastle He will be a british man from a ridiculously wealthy family and he will be terrifying with his experiments despite his extremely snobby looking name. Expect many unethical things happening because of this man and expect him to get away with it because of his family name.
