Posting the Character Creation section for those who want to just look at it. You obviously won't be able to fully finish it but it gives a general outline so far until everything else is finished. Edit: The Character Creation section is 100% finished. I just need to start the Manifest and finish that then we can start the RP.
Released the first edition of the Background History on the main page. The Alchemy section is slightly redundant so it instead references specifically back to the associated tab. This segment covers the political and economical spheres of different nations, their capitals, some military actions, some of the general technologies, the events of the Dying Sun and how it changed the planet, and a few other topics. It will be updated as the Roleplay progresses and as more information comes to mind.
How forbidden and taboo would using Hiems Tradis infused bullets as 'mage killer rounds' be? Act of using the harmful parasite against enemy alchemists. Assuming they don't roll daemon prince on chaos boon table.
There's a specific tragedy that happened to the Republic of Geneva regarding the use of the Hiems Tradis for military applications. Needless to say the parasite is much more viscous than the passive Carlina Acaulis and is in a sense, a zombie strain. People infected with it who are killed are re-animated under control of the parasite and those who are infected and live are similar to Ghouls from Tokyo Ghoul. They have zero control over their need to feed. All in all, it's a bad idea either way which is why there's been no "official" research into the matter.
I put a few updates to the Character Manifest and the Alchemy Document. There is now an explanation as to why Hiems Tradis is not researched anymore and in Stage 3.5, Alchemy users now have a greater incentive to pursue a specific field and background.
Releasing the Encyclopedia of the Europan Conflicts even though it's a massive WIP and will continue to be updated as the RP goes in. It will have relatively detailed descriptions of everything you can find inside the RP. Right now I'm focusing on the ranged armaments by making them as close to the internal lore as possible and researching different weapons from the time frame. Note that none of the weapons listed so far ever existed in real life so they're all custom made up to and including the weapon manufacturers. It's slow work as I have around 80 ranged weapons so far to go through and add then start progress on the melee armaments which have 37 items so far. Let me know what you guys think so far about it. You are not required to know all of the information listed and it is here as a reference source in case you have questions about the full workings of anything.
I think it's good start it's intresting to see all of the kinds of weapons we're going to be seeing through out the rp and what not still can't wait for when we can get started because this is going to be a fun one
Weapons are looking great commissar. So many toys to play with, I don't know which way to go! Awesome Jaeger that hunts his prey, or hulking knight that cuts down all in his path. Tough choices here
I'm going with the second one with a bit more of an inspiring officer that can also kick some serious ass kinda feel. After all wouldn't you want to follow the guy in a suit of steam powered armor that makes him a walking tank into battle rather than some loud guy wearing a hat and holding a fancy sword in his hand?
Hmm, think I''ll go with the Jaeger than, fellow officer and wise cracking adviser. Give him a light set of power armor, a rifle and sword, he'll clear you a path
