I'll be posting some major updates either late tonight or tomorrow going into Monday. I've also managed to get together a large amount of concept art that I helped use for guidelines towards weaponry, vehicles, and armour or equipment when I was making the manifests which I will post as an extra as well some time later. It includes but is not limited to character concepts, weapons, vehicles, locations and structures, SCIENCE! and other misc items from my collection.

Core Rules have been added, I'm still working on it but I hope the finished segments answer any further questions regarding Tests. As of now after the next primary post, all Tests will use the new system. In theory it should assist many of you as now the desired result for most instances should be lower than the one that I choose as the master. Also @DeezNuts, I need to know whether or not you plan on posting regularly or if you need to be botted since you have yet to participate in the IC Thread recently.
