These way it could be ours and very unique to us... gathering tipps for: Name: Symbol: Leader: Homeworld: Chaos dedication: Colours: Specialty: Strength: Splinter factions: Battle Cry: We could toss some idea and then do a voting for these infos and also make a back story for it...
I might suggest keeping me away from the color scheme, it'll undoubtedly be something involving shades of pink and purple.

A simple Chaos Warband, all legions and chapters. This means everyone can get what they want! Obviously they won't get unique skins (like shaped Night Lord symbols and etc) but with the level of customisation available in the game (They literally said "infinite customisation") this is easily achieved. This means instead of making a full skin for a 5th legion they make some small stuff (shoulder pad or whatever) of all the Chaos Legions/Chapters.
