@Uriel1339 @Vulpas @Casavay @GoreWrencha @TuskatheDaemonKilla @Xaphen Once a fighter would finish a fight, be it win and waiting for the next, or a loss, they would be heale and escorted into a large complex filled with distractions of almost every kind. In the bar, Ultramarine Aldonis was downing drinks with a Space Wolf, Blood Angel, and Salamander. Zarim's helmet was off as he played some sort of arcade game. Monty would be led to the rooms wing, where his bondmate and he would have a home of their own. One thing they made sure to show everyone who came was the door. "You can leave at any time." they explained. "But you can never come back once you do."
~~ Monty ~~ "A pocket universe. And here I thought it was a mere theory." Monty said in awe as he looked around, finding himself in prime condition and his armor cleaned. Looking around he was suddenly linked arms and guided away, where he found Se'hen (@Casavay ). "Hey! What are you doing here?!" The Tau exclaimed happily and embraced his bondmate. ~~ Yriel ~~ "By the warp.... This.... Is.... AWESOME!" The Slaaneshi yelled in excitement, jumping and hitting the air, freeze-framing for a few seconds before she heard loud noises and flashing lights, she ran over to the origin of it and found Zarim using some weird interactive box, things moving on the screen as he pressed weird looking buttons. She drooled a rainbow on the sight before her eyes, being waaaay too close to the Eldar (@BadDo9 ).
-Theo Theo awoke the memory of death and the cold embrace long gone and the shame of being defeated and killed still somewhat fresh in his mind as he looked over to what he thought would be a stump and a fresh hole iun his chest he was suprised to see both healed. As Theo arose he found his narthicanum and weapons gone along with his helmet hr found some shame in himself for being alive and dishonouring his legion and primarch again. It turned him pale as he was escorted into the large complex and was offered a way to leave he almost took it, if it was not for his pride and suscpions. As he traveled around the complex he noticed odd Astarte with subtle color changes to there armor that wasn't original legion protocol. Theo's mind subtly told him to stay and win he had already dishonored his legion twice now was a chance to get a win. Deciding to sit alone and get a drink he sat down and ordered something heavy. Theo's eyes scanned the rest of the room spotting oddities such as odd looking human female xenos interacting and other types of things he would consider odd.
Se'hen had been sitting on the bed provided within this strange place, in her civilian clothing, pondering just how she got there - she'd went to sleep before, and then, she'd suddenly been here. Now admittedly, she was a bit confused at the development, and scared to leave her children alone, but Se'hen was Se'hen, legendary for her unfazedness and probably by now hit in the head once too often to recognise 'unusual situation' as 'distressing situation'. And then, Monty came in, looking like he'd just fought. His bondmate knew that look. But before she could ask anything, he'd already hugged her. The Pathfinder was glad to return the gesture, loving the warmth his body provided, even in armour. "I... I have no idea", the blue female replied, her voice soft as always when around her family. Not that her Cadre'd ever heard her speak like this. "I just got here... and our progeny aren't. What is this?" Se'hen didn't let go of her mate, happy to have him.
< @Uriel1339 @Casavay > A few moments after the parents had embraced one another, one of the workers (think something close to bipedal Keepers and semi-techpriest and you'll be close) opened the door and walked in with a bow. "Thank you for your patience. The add-on to your housing is ready. It will be found through that door" he points to a door that hadn't been there before. "Your progeny will be found there. Should you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask for it." he bowed and then backed off. It seemed that fighters and those close to them were held in very high esteem here. < @Vulpas > As Theo was given a drink of Spiced Ferisian Amsec, the Space Wolf at another table roared out a warcry and tipped too far in his chair. falling backwards. He laughed loudly, and the Ultramarine scout noticed Theo. "Ah! A fellow warrior, come share a drink!" < @Uriel1339 > Zarim blinked when he felt and saw the rainbow on his shoulder, and then looked over at Yriel. He raised an eyebrow in slight surprise. "Hey, it's you. Name's Zarim by the way." he said. He didn't actually seem to have any malice for her. "You can have next if you want." When he first started, he might have been wary of Yriel. But after a good amount of time here, he just seemed to.. relax, and appreciate everyone here. He didn't understand how, but it seemed to work on all the fighters here. The game he was playing had him controlling a living shape that ate dots and ran from ghosts.
Marcus was pushed into the complex by his escort to which he would offer them a rude hand gesture and shrugged when they walked away. "Assholes." He said to himself as he began to walk through the halls eventually finding what appeared to be a bar full of Astartes strangely enough including the one he had killed during his match. Thinking this couldn't get much stranger he walked up to the bar and took a seat at the counter and pressed a small button on his neck. The air tight seal hissed as the plates of armor began to part and were removed from his head by small mechanical arms which stored the pieces in small compartments around his upper chest and back. After the deconstruction of his helmet was complete he made a small gesture with his wrists which caused his gauntlets to break apart in a similar fashion revealing his mutated black arms and clawed hands. Now a little bit more comfortable he ordered something strong but not as strong as what the Astartes were drinking. 'I guess this could be worse.' He thought to himself as the bartender went to get him his drink.
~~ Monty ~~ @Casavay & @BadDo9 Monty embraced his dear, dearly, holding her tight. Even though the weird, seemingly, automaton interrupted he cared little to show his affection to his bondmate. He may be a soldier, but he also was a Tau, and there was no embarrassment for showing your affection to one another. "I am not sure, either. It seems to be a place of combat, just defeated an Ultramarine out there. I suppose the next rounds will continue soon. But what was awkward is that his wounds have completely healed, even though I obliterated his very skull with my Ion Rifle." He shrugged slightly. "Thus for the Greater Good of our family and earning knowledge of this place I must continue to fight. Once we gathered enough intelligence, we may return to the Tau Empire and provide our findings." The Firewarrior smiled. "Either way, it seems our offspring may have just joined us." He gestured towards the door with his head. "Best to soothe them and ensure they are not afraid of the foreign environment." ~~ Yriel ~~ @BadDo9 Yriel blinked at the Eldar. "Whaaaat?! Gimme gimme gimme!" Too excited to even care, she pushed this Zarim guy with her butt to the side and imitated his movements, tongue sticking out, pushing against her upper lip, her hands moved furiously across the controls and quickly she gained the upperhand of the machine! "PERISH AT THE HANDS OF YRIEL! LADY OF SLAANESH AND THE COLOR SPECTRUM! GHOSTS OF RED, BLUE, PINK AND ORANGE!" She roared in pleasure after the cherries of power have been devoured. Where the ghosts haunted her sphere-eating creature, they fell now into panic!
The Lightning Flash stared at the indicated door with some measure of wariness, even as Monty spoke of his battle. "I never shot anyone who stood up again. Head gone, and he recovered? Harsh." She talked as if it was a matter of daily life - and for the Fire Caste, it was. "You go and find out what's wrong... maybe some kind of... time... circle... thing." The Shas'Vre seperated from her bondmate to indicate a circular motion with her index finger. "Just don't get yourself hurt while you investigate", Se'hen ordered before moving to open the progeny portal.
+ @BadDo9 ~~ Monty ~~ "Affirmative, Commander Darlingsun." Monty replied, with salutation and everything. A bit over the top and with a playful grin across his face. But inside, both knew it was fully meant. But if a Space Marine without a head would grow a new one, so probably he could, too.... Right? Deciding to not think too hard without any further evidence nor indications of what was going on, he took a comfortable flanking position, parallel to Se'hen. As she put a hand on the knob, he readied for an assault if it turned out a horrid monster, like his offspring was convinced lived in their clothing container, was residing in there.
< @TuskatheDaemonKilla @Vulpas > The Bartender would come back soon enough, a glass of Gin & Rum being placed in front of him. "And you! C'mere!" Aldonis called, extending his invitation to the human as well. "Let's have a post fight drink!" < @Uriel1339 > Zarim, with his Eldarine blood and training was easily able to spin and stay on his feet. "Careful, you stay that way only for a time before they kill you again." he said, smirking at her actions. Then he went to another game to start it < @Uriel1339 @Casavay > When the door was opened, there wouldn't be a monster in the room. Nor closet, nor under the bed. Indeed, it led to another bedroom where their children could sleep, an addition to the nice living place they had been provided. ( @Casavay feel free to bring Nefryr into a place )
